Das Zimmer ist groß mit Küche, elektrische Hob, Becher, Kehle, Platte, Ofen, Liege, Messer, Schneidbrett, Pfeffer, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Viel Hänge für Kleidung, Iron Board und Iron, Waschkleidung ist USD 3 pro Wasch für 30Min und Trockner USD 3 pro Trockner für 60 Min. Kann beantragen, um Waschkleidung auf trockene Kleidung in den Korb, bekommen Sie es von der Rezeption. The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

Location location location. If you walk through the airport as if you’re going to the rail station, you’re almost at the Hilton. It’s especially handy if you’re flying Alaska Airlines. Super convenient, reasonably priced.

Wir blieben hier für den bequemen Zugang zum Link Lichtbahn zum Seahawks Stadium. Auf der Plusseite ist es nur einen Block entfernt, einfach zu Fuß zum leichten Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war groß mit einem komfortablen King-Size-Bett. Einchecken war schnell, wenn nicht besonders persönlich. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Tisch mit einem Stuhl, TV, Kleidung, Endtisch und einen Rüstungsstuhl. Es gab Shampoo, Klimaanlage und Seife. Auf der negativen Seite war das Zimmer nicht super sauber. Es war nicht sichtbar schmutzig am ersten Blick, aber es gab einige Haare im Badezimmer. Das Schlimmste war der Boden. Es war ein mittlerer, harter Oberflächenboden, der sauber erschien, aber nach nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, waren die Boden unserer Socken fast schwarz. Wenn wir hier bleiben, bringen wir Slips mit harten Sonnen. Wie bereits erwähnt, war das Bett bequem und die Blätter waren sauber, aber die Kissen waren alt mit einem etwas lustigen Geruch. Während die Lage der Hauptgrund für uns war, hier zu bleiben, ist es ein sehr skizziertes Gebiet. Wir würden hier nachts nicht umhergehen, wenn nicht für die vielen anderen Leute, die aus dem Fußballspiel zurückkommen. Der Preis und der einfache Zugang zum leichten Eisenbahn bedeutet, dass wir wahrscheinlich hier für zukünftige Fußballspiele bleiben, aber wir werden mehr mit Slips und unseren eigenen Kissen vorbereitet.

For breakfast muffins, energy bars and coffee were at the room next to the front desk.

Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet und der Service an der Rezeption gut. Das Hotelambiente war jedoch durchschnittlich und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Lobby aus muss man eine Treppe hinaufgehen, um mit dem Aufzug in die oberen Stockwerke zu gelangen. Das ist unpraktisch für Gäste mit viel Gepäck.

Hit and miss, for room cleanliness. 3x staying 2nd time was a quick stay and room needed a good cleaning iin common area, bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory. This stay bathroom needed attention with mold along to edge of shower and mold growth on the floor at corners of the tub. All in all good value for price.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und der Flug hatte Verspätung. Ich hatte Angst, dass es keinen Bus vom Hotel zum Flughafen geben würde, aber es gibt tatsächlich einen 24-Stunden-Flughafenbus, was sehr freundlich ist. Der Bus fährt jede halbe Stunde, daher kann es sein, dass man etwas warten muss, aber das ist völlig verständlich. Sehr gut geeignet für Flughafentransfers, insgesamt ziemlich gut.
