Gute Service-Einstellung, das Frühstück reichhaltig, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Lage ist gut!

Das Hotel fühlt sich neu an, aber die Einrichtungen sind durchschnittlich. Es ist sehr praktisch für das tägliche Leben und Sie können selbst kochen. Das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück kann wirklich nicht darauf bestehen, an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen zu essen, muss verbessert werden

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

The Assistant manager Monica was extremely helpful and an expert in the position she holds. She was friendly and our stay on the Hyatt was a very good one. The location of the hotel makes it a very good choice for the customers ıs near the hıghway, restaurants and shopping centers. Overall our stay was a pleasant one and ı recommend this hotel highly to others.

Mein Aufenthalt war großartig, ich wurde nie über irgendetwas belästigt, alles funktionierte und ich fühlte mich wohl und sicher. Schade, dass das Frühstück wegen des Seufzers der Pest ausgesetzt wird, obwohl es noch Getränke gibt, aber für Single-Frauen viel Glück.... sp**** fällt mir ein.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig mit warmen und kalten Optionen. Anmerkung: Es gibt eine Parkgebühr von $10 pro Tag. Dies scheint eine Gesamtkontenaufnahme für ein Hotel, das nicht in der Stadt ist.

飯店很乾淨，地理位置也很好，服務態度還不錯，但是唯一比較可惜的是，他們的洗衣間洗衣機壞掉了，整體來說服務很好，早餐的餐點看起來也很可口。

Das Frühstück war gut und der Service war gut. Vor allem der Onkel an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, aber ich verstehe nicht, dass das Standardzimmer und das Ctrip mit großem Bett unterschiedliche Preise haben, aber den gleichen Zimmertyp haben. Ich finde, dass Ctrip sehr tief ist!

Have missed several packages destinated to me..no one could explain what has happened..

Great hotel, with fabulous service. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!!!
