陈陈Der Service des Hotels war großartig, der Aufenthalt war komfortabel, das Frühstück war inbegriffen, das Restaurant hatte gekochtes Wasser, die Rezeption war sehr nett und der Parkplatz wurde empfohlen. Es gibt auch viele Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wenn Sie auf Reisen sind, wird Uber empfohlen. Es gibt fast keine Fußgänger auf der Straße und sie fahren alle.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

GGuest UserAlles war großartig. Ich brauche eine sehr feste Matratze zum Schlafen und die Matratze war für meine Tochter sehr bequem, aber für eine ganze Nacht nicht so gut für mich. Ich glaube ernsthaft, es wäre besser gewesen, wenn ich auf dem Boden geschlafen hätte. Ich denke, es sollte mindestens ein Zimmer mit sehr festen Matratzen für ein Bett zur Verfügung stehen, falls sie gebraucht werden. . Außerdem fragte ich am ersten Morgen, ob ich den Riegel reparieren lassen wollte, da er nicht an meiner Tür schließen würde. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, die Wartung würde das Problem beheben, und als wir später am Abend zurückkamen, war es immer noch nicht behoben. Also alles, was wir hatten, war die Sicherheitsverriegelung. Das Personal war sehr höflich und alles andere war großartig.

GGastnutzerService was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

MMegann PatrickThe staff was nice, especially the man who was there in the mornings. The TV and phone didn’t work in the first room so they moved us to another room. The second room was good overall but the deadbolt didn’t turn/didn’t work, so that was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, assorted pastries, coffee, and juice. The floor in the lobby and hall was pretty sticky. There was an unpleasant smell in some places, especially in the bathroom of the first room, but I think it might be from a cleaning product. It’s across the street from Kroger, so the location is convenient.
