Das ist das beste Hotel, das ich jemals zu einer großen Rate gehabt habe. Es ist wie ein kleines einzimmeriges Kondo mit Gerichten und unbegrenzten k Tassen und Creme. Ruhe und hervorragende Klimaanlage. Genug nahe dem Strand auf der Insel Marco und einem kostenlosen Shuttle zum Pier und nahe den Stränden mit komplimentären Strandstühlen und einem großen Sonnenschirm. Es begann zu regnen, so wir nannten den Shuttle und es erschien in weniger als zehn Minuten. Ich kann nicht warten, bis nächstes Jahr wieder da ist.

This is my second time at the Inn. Wonderful experience both times. Staff is absolutely superb! Rooms are huge and super well appointed. Two different coffee making machines, bottles of wine and prosecco to purchase, wine glasses and flutes (real glass, not plastic!!!) and ceramic mugs. Bathrobes, plenty towels, ironing board and iron, a safe, and even an umbrella. Swimming pool is small but big enough. Free shuttle to the beach, too!!! The whole place is very scenic and beautiful. If you need to go to the Ft. Myers/Naples area, this is the place to stay. I’m coming back, for sure.

Vor kurzem blieb er in JWMarriot auf Marco Island. (März 12-15) Zwei Zimmer, die Könige mit einem pull-bed sein sollten, reserviert. Als wir angekommen und geprüft wurden, hatten wir zwei King-Zimmer ohne pull-bed. Wir hatten unsere Enkel mit uns und wir brauchten die Pullout-Betten. Hotel vereinbarte, das Bett ausrollen zu bieten, aber sehr unkomfortable und nicht, was wir bezahlt haben. Ich habe eine Erstattung beantragt.

This is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient. If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.

Das Hotel war schön, gut gepflegt, großartig gelegen (Strandzugang) und das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Die einzige Rückziehung war das Bett und die Kissen für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, ich würde denken, die Betten (nicht bequem) und Kissen (extreme Flachs) wären von besserer Qualität, aber anders als dieses große Hotel vor allem für einen Alleinreisenden.

Das Hotel war sauber die Betten und die Kissen waren komfortabel wir hatten eine tolle Nacht schlafen die ganze 9 Nächte wir waren da Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell nichts war zu viel Problem Das Pool-Bereich war sauber und gut gepflegt Wir würden empfehlen Das Hotel für ein paar Nächte oder wie wir übernachteten 9 Nächte dank aller Mitarbeiter

Wir genossen unsere schnelle 2-day Getaway-Unterkunft im Napoli Garden Inn. Die lush-Set war sehr angenehm und attraktiv und Sie würden nicht merken, dass Sie recht auf US 41 waren. Es war nah und komfortabel zu allem im Zentrum von Napoli. Wir hatten ein paar kleinere Fragen sowie ein Lärmproblem mit den Bewohnern des Zimmers oben, die den ganzen Tag laut Musik spielen, an unserem Ankunftstag. Ich sprach zu Linda auf dem Vordertisch darüber und sie entschuldigte sich und sagte, sie würde den Gästen sprechen, die sie unverzüglich getan hat. Sie kümmerte sich auch um ein paar kleinere Fragen mit unserem Zimmer und war immer angenehm. Insgesamt hatten wir eine große Erfahrung, in diesem Grundstück zu bleiben und würden sicher nicht zögern, in Zukunft wieder dort zu bleiben. Linda ist sicherlich ein Vermögen an der Stelle!

Asked for toilet paper as not enough in room. Also no tissues and was told at front desk that tissues are not available in all hotels then why was a tissue box holder in the bathroom. Girl at front desk wanted an argument about it. I just walked away She needs training on how to react to hotel guests. No desk or table in room and had to put my coffee cup on floor. Talk about minimalist. Pillows were as hard as rocks and the size of cushions. Had to eat breakfast on filthy tables by the pool. Don't mind eating by pool but at least clean the tables. Rooms very clean but again why would I need to have words and explain myself to get two rolls of toilet paper and told by this lady that even the Holiday Inn doesn't have tissues in the room. I have traveled the world and only once in fifty years have I come across a hotel without tissues and that was in the UK. I have never known a Holiday Inn that doesn't have tissues in the room and in fact just returned from staying at two Holiday Inns on the UK and both had tissues.

Decent location, although any nearby convenience store close early and everything is driving distance so if you don’t have a vehicle could get pricey or just long walks. Has your basics like bed, television, microwave, mini fridge. Comes with toilet paper of course and small bar soaps however if you need a blow dryer or iron not included and also breakfast is not provided as mentioned online. All in all out of season nightly price is worth it, in season a little pricey for the overall quality.
