Erstmals hier bleiben. Es war eine schöne Eigenschaft, sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut gemacht, mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett und einem sehr schön eingerichteten Badezimmer. Wir waren für eine Hochzeit da. Sie machen Hochzeiten sehr gut. Die Einrichtungen, Zeitplanung, Atmosphäre und Catering waren oberstes Stockwerk. Besonders bemerkenswert war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Jeder Mitarbeiter, von unserer Ein- bis Auscheckung, war professionell, annähernd und angenehm. Sehen Sie sich freuen, dort wieder zu bleiben.

Das Hotel ist sauber und hat große Zimmer. Eincheckung war langsam. Aber das Personal ist im Allgemeinen nett. Die Gegend ist weit von der Stadt entfernt, solange Sie nichts im Landkreis haben - es kann nicht gut sein, da es weit von den anfallenden Orten entfernt ist. Betten sind komfortable- und Frühstück ist anständig. Es ist wahrscheinlich besser für Reisende mit einem Auto geeignet. Es gibt genug Kaufgeschäfte/ Kaffee und Restaurants auf einer Spazierweiterung. Nur dass die Uber nach Atlantic City kostspielig wird

Für ein so teures Luxushotel hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit im Zimmer gewünscht. Besonders im Badezimmer war der Mangel an grundlegenden Reinigungsarbeiten deutlich zu sehen. Auch auf der Bettwäsche waren Flecken, die mich sofort angewidert haben. Wir kamen Freitagabend an und checkten spät ab. Niemand war da, um unser Zimmer aufzufüllen, also mussten wir anrufen und nach Handtüchern fragen. Das war zwar nicht so schlimm, aber wir hatten vom Wochenende jede Menge Müll und einen Berg schmutziger Handtücher im Zimmer. Es war ein extrem geschäftiges Wochenende, da wir wegen eines Volleyballturniers dort waren und so gut wie alles ausgebucht war! Die „Resortgebühren“ fand ich völlig überflüssig, da wir kaum etwas unternehmen konnten. Meine Kinder liefen nur herum und beobachteten die Leute. Allein der normale Hotelpreis von 1000 Dollar wäre schon gerechtfertigt gewesen. Da wir wegen des Turniers dort waren, hatten wir keine andere Wahl. Die Restaurants im Hotel waren mittelmäßig und unverschämt teuer! Ich hatte einfach das Gefühl, dass es nur eine Geldfalle war und nichts anderes im Sinn hatte. Wir waren im 15. Stock und hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang/Sonnenuntergang direkt um die Ecke von unserer Hoteltür, und ich glaube, das war auch das Einzige, was uns dort wirklich gefallen hat.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Excellent clean conditions and very friendly staff, I actually got locked out of my room in my socks and very friendly staff helped me with a new key. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would want to check into is, the parking. I believe there is a fee to park which seems crazy for someone staying in their hotel. I was not charged a fee as they had problems with their computer which delayed my check in so was comped parking.

Room was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
