GGastnutzerDas Zimmer brauchte Vakuum, als wir erst da waren auch einer der Klingeln Männer, er war sehr brutal zu uns sehr brutal zu meinem Mann und ich war sehr abschiedslos, er erkannte uns nicht, und ich schätze nicht, dass jeder andere sehr freundlich war, Herzlich und nett, aber das Zimmer war die Krümmungen auf dem Boden, als wir ins Zimmer gingen

GGastnutzerAlles war sehr schön in Atlantic City. Mein Freund und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Hotel war sauber. Es gab viel zu tun mit dem Casino und sehr gutes Essen würde sehr empfehlen.

SSummerlovex3I stayed on and off about a month and it had its ups and downs the location is great the house keeping staff is wonderful not so much management he singled me out gave me a hard time told some of us it’s a 3 week max stay but others didn’t get that when I informed them of mold and water leak he accused me of taking showers and letting the water run out when in fact there’s a leak behind the wall so I used the towels to soak it up they got a little dirty and I was told if this keeps happening I was going to lose my deposit for the towels then when I booked the jacuzzi suite I was told. Dogs are not allowed in suits and if then downgraded my room no reimbursement for the difference and was told I could have the red quilts because once again I would lose the security deposit if the dog or my family gets 1 spec on the white blanket never gave me a red blanket but I didn’t get any specs and the white one 🙀 idk what management had against me but even with the free pet policy and other horrific moments like not getting my jacuzzi suite getting told the only room available was the room that I booked a Jacuzzi suite for because it smelled like mold and it had the water leak issue so then miraculously, they don’t see my booking for the Jacuzzi if they see it for the room that I just had that I already checked out of so they gave somebody else the Jacuzzi suite downgraded me to a white sheet suit that my dog for the first night couldn’t sleep in but then miraculously could as soon as we said, will just pull the booking and cancel then that suit was available had to take a break from there.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the casino looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

GGuest UserIch war zum ersten Mal hier und war angenehmen überrascht. Nie eine schöne Bar auf dem Dach, wo Sie das Wetter draußen genießen können, oder sitzen Sie sich ins Haus und beobachten Sie das Ballspiel während Sie ein Bier und eine Hoagie oder Nachos haben. Nichts Fantasie. Nur gutes Ding. Die TV-und Kabel-Kanäle schlagen frühere Hotels, die ich in der Gegend geblieben habe, die viel teurer waren. Ich hatte einen guten Deal, und hatte eine gute Zeit. Sicherlich ein über.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
