Hotels in Ortahisar mit Parkplatz

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Schön neu renoviert, tolles Hotel, leckeres Frühstück. Angemessener Preis, extra geräumiges Zimmer mit hochwertiger Einrichtung und kostenlosem Parkplatz. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel

Мы остановились в блоке В, шум от пилорамы не подойдет семьям с детьми , но компании друзей - без проблем! Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, супер расположение для тех, кто путешествует на машине и надо выезжать на шоссе в Сюмелу или Узунгель, прибрежное шоссе прямо за углом. Отель новый , все чистое и удобное. Работник помог на карте найти и проложить дорогу к вкусному рыбному ресторану.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Tolles Hotel in strategisch günstiger Lage. Nicht weit zum Flughafen und fußläufig zum Busbahnhof. In der Stadt ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Minibus.  Das Personal ist super freundlich. Im Restaurant wird Tee serviert und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

Insgesamt hatte mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel seine Höhen und Unterkünfte. Die Person am Park war unglaublich hilfreich und kümmerte sich um mein Auto, was ein positiver Start war. Der Rezeptor hatte jedoch ein wenig kalter Eindruck, wenngleich potenziell kultureller, aber das Fehlen eines Lächelns. Einchecken war effizient und Zimmer 206 war sauber, aber es war enttäuschend, keine Kehle oder Eisen zu haben. Auf der hellen Seite funktionierte die Klimaanlage gut. Der Duschekopf kann verbessert werden, wie es mir nicht gefällt. Zusätzlich war die Bereitstellung nur eines großen und eines kleinen Handtuchs etwas minimal. Auf einer positiven Note war die Lage des Hotels bequem, mit Geschäften in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Check-out war einfach, einfach den Schlüssel an den Empfänger übergeben. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass einige positive Aspekte, aber einige Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung und der Service-Einstellung die allgemeine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel verbessern könnten.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again
