This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Paloma ist sehr schönes altes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht, wir genossen “all inclusive” Lebensmittel & Getränke. Zimmer ist gut, aber sehr kalt im Februar, wir schlafen mit schlafenden AC immer Nachtlang. Matra ist gut, aber Handtücher sind sehr alt und grau, auch wenn sie jeden Tag ändern, Reinigungsraum ist „so so Qualität“, sollte besser in 5* Hotel. Die meisten Touristen sind Ältere aus der EU. Am Abend Paloma arrangierte Disco in der Bar. Im Hotel ist ein großer Außenpool, der nur im Winter aufgrund des Kalten Blicks zu sehen ist. Innen ist ein kleiner Pool nicht sehr gut, unkomfortable, Betten und wechselnde Zimmer ist alte Möbel und alles schmutzig, als wir nichts begleitet hatten. Bar und Restaurants sind sehr gut, Essen ist schmeckt. Hotel zeigt die Sammlung alter Autos. Hotel ist in der Nähe der alten Stadt ca. 1 Stunde zu Fuß können Sie die alte Straße und Tempel genießen.

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

I most definitely will be back and I never go back to the same place so thank you a a relaxing stay.

Dieses Hotel ist riesig und besteht aus mindestens drei separaten Gebäuden und Apartmentgebäuden. Das Essen zum Abendessen war in Ordnung, die Snacks waren gut. Der allgemeine Reparaturaufwand des Hotels war gering: Abblätternde Farbe in der Lobby, aufgeblähtes Holz an der Rezeption, kaputte Zierleisten im Zimmer usw. Das große Plus war der ruhige Pool für diejenigen, die keine Lust auf schreiende Kinder und laute Musik haben. Ich bin kein Fan von Ausflügen außerhalb der Hotels, keine nennenswerten Restaurants oder Cafés, sondern nur Einkaufen, was ich verstehe: Was nützt es, wenn alles alles inklusive ist. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, es gab erstklassigen Alkohol und von Mitternacht bis 3 Uhr morgens Essen.

Ruhiges Hotel, Animation am Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel zu den Liedern von Reva, ein scharfer Eingang zum Wasser, nach 2 Metern vom Ufer gibt es keinen Boden unter den Füßen, es gibt keine freien Sonnenliegen - 90 Prozent sind kaputt und selbst es gibt nicht genug davon, das Essen ist 4, Es ist zu sehen, dass das Hotel früher sehr gut war, aber Reparaturen für Eile und Covid (Einsparungen bei Personal, Animateuren, Handtüchern und Sonnenliegen am Strand) töten die Lust wieder hierher zu kommen Wir gingen zu einem guten Rabatt, also waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden.

Wenn Sie an die Rezeption des Hotels teilnehmen, ist es völlig enttäuschend, sehr alte, modische und schlimm geluften Couchs und Stühle. Die Lebensmittel sind durchschnittlich. Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht für junge Paare, es ist für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, aber es gibt keine Unterhaltung für Kinder. Insgesamt eine gute Option für Familien mit Kindern und niedriger Budget.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
