Hotels in San Juan mit Parkplatz

The apartment at the Don Charlie was large, spacious and immaculately clean. It had an indoor atrium courtyard, very private and in a great area of San Juan. Very close to old San Juan and Condado Beach, restaurants in the area were very good, grocery store nearby if needed. Overall it's a fantastic place to stay, the owners were very nice and hospitable.

Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit vielen Orten zu essen in einem Spaziergang sowie ein Filmtheater, ein Gemüsegeschäft und eine Apotheke auf der Straße. Es verfügt über ein schönes Restaurant und Dachpool, die sehr entspannt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen Eishersteller, großes Tauchbad und Kühlschrank. Die einzigen Dinge, die ich verbessern würde, sind die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern - sie ist etwas dämlich, wenn Sie etwas Arbeit tun müssen - sie haben nur Lampen und ein kleines Akzentlicht im Deckel - zumindest in dem Zimmer, in dem ich war. Das Bad im Zimmer war sehr klein - konnten nicht den Zahnbürsten, Rasor, etc. wie die meisten Tauchen auf. Das sind kleine Unannehmlichkeiten - im Allgemeinen ist es ein sehr schöner Ort zu bleiben, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage war großartig.

The location itself was not bad, but for paying this much for a hotel of this caliber, having to pay for parking that is not dedicated to the hotel itself was a little bit of a nuisance. The staff at the front were friendly. They helped us get check in to our room on the seventh floor, and they had a great attitude and service skills. The room itself was fairly clean. The only reason I took one point off out of five is due to the fact that there was some bunched up hair behind the towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was nice and quite comfortable. Our stay overnight was uneventful, with no noise or interruptions. Everything was conveniently located on our floor and we were situated far from the elevator as requested. My biggest complaints are the staff at the bar/breakfast lounge and the amenities provided. There were a little to no amenities. All we were given was an $18 voucher for food or drinks and a $9 voucher for drinks only, both redeemable at the bar/breakfast lounge. This was a little bit annoying as there was not even a continental breakfast as found at cheaper hotels than this one. In addition, the food voucher barely covered the price of any of the selections, and the drink voucher was only usable for one drink, even if we tried to get two drinks within the $9 value. If we did try to get two drinks of $4.50, they would say that the voucher was only good for one drink up to $9 (which is not specified on the details of the voucher). To make things worse. The vouchers were treated more as coupons, so we still had to pay taxes on the price of the whole meal and drinks for the two vouchers that already did not provide enough for a small breakfast for two. Overall, the amenities provided were the bare minimum for a hotel of this price: Gym Pool Basic room service Blow dryer Clothes steamer Limited cable TV Ice machine Wi-Fi Guest laundry Bar The penny-pinching of this hotel was next level. From the lackluster vouchers to the nonexistent complementary breakfast, I was shocked at how little they provided at such a high price. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have rather paid the extra money to stay at the Sheraton hotel right across the street.  Overall, our stay overnight was still pleasant and comfortable. But we were unimpressed with the services and amenities provided for the price we paid. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a “fancy/high class” place to stay overnight and are not interested in paying extra for other amenities. Even still, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is comfortable, I’m sure you could find something significantly cheaper than this that still manages to provide the same amenities, if not more. 

This is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.

We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door.

Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

Das Hotel war ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Front Desk-Personal war besonders hilfreich, dank Alejandra und auch einem jungen Mann (wie ich wünsche, ich würde seinen Namen erinnern) am Concierge-Desk-, der meine Reise erinnerebar machte, indem er mich, etwas Spaß zu tun auf dieser kurzen Reise.

Sehr durchschnittliches Hotel, aber mit lokalen Preisen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vollrein sauber, Klimaanlage, komfortables Bett, Frühstück ist nicht sehr vielfältig, auch Tee ist nicht verfügbar, gibt es Pancakes und andere Einrichtungen, einige Früchte. Normalerweise. Es gab einige sehr schlechte Bewertungen, die die Leute sogar das Zimmer verweigerten. Sie waren besorgt darüber, aber es erschien ziemlich normal. Der Parkplatz ist am Rücken der Straße geschlossen, Sie müssen die Mitarbeiter bitten, es zu öffnen.

Als Reiseagent, auf meiner eigenen Reise. Es fühlt sich gut, ins Hotel zu gehen und großartig behandelt zu werden! Die Ansicht war erstaunlich! Will wieder bleiben ❤️❤️🤗🤗

El servicio era 10/10, también todo era muy limpio menos las cortinas de ducha pero esas tampoco eran bastante sucias. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones las mantienen a 70 grados F, entonces traigan ropa para el frio si no están acostumbradas. En los baños hay mosquitos así que si eres susceptible estate preparada. Hay un colmado al otro lado de la calle y varias opciones para comida muy cerca, pero San Juan antiguo queda a como 20 minutos de pie y los Ubers/Lyft son baratos. Sentí muy segura en la zona en la que queda. Si llegas antes de la hora de check-in tienen area en donde se puede dejar sus cosas y sentarse/trabajar/etc. En general les daría un 9/10.
