We enjoyed our stay. The room is big and clean, same with the published photos. Has a nice pool and the attendants were courteous. There’s a nice view at the 7th floor where the pool is located. I requested for a late check-out since our flight got delayed, and we were allowed to stay another 2 hrs, free of charge. We truly appreciate it.

Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

Injap liegt direkt vor SM (in der Nähe der Überführung). Es gibt ein Buffet und einen Föhn, eine Mikrowelle, einen Ofen und Toilettenartikel. Nachteile: Die Toilettenschüssel in unserem Zimmer hatte Flecken. Die Klimaanlage war alt, die Schlüssel für die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht. Wir waren zu dritt, aber es gab nur einen Pantoffel. Die Toilettenartikel (Zahnpflegeset, Handtücher usw.) waren nur für 2 Personen.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Hotel ist in der Nähe der Stadt SM. Aber ich habe keine Privatsphäre, Ich habe bemerkt, dass es ein kleines Loch auf der Wand teilweise durch einen Stecker abgedeckt. Es ist schrecklich, so dass ich das Rauchzeichen auf dem Tisch entfernen und es auf dem Stecker über dem Loch befestigen, um sicherzustellen, dass niemand mich beobachtet.

Das Hotel hat eine recht angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch wenn man etwas Staub sieht, ist das für einen kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus akzeptabel. Das Personal ist, das muss ich betonen, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl mich die fehlende Ausstattung zunächst etwas beunruhigte, ist sie tatsächlich auf Anfrage erhältlich, wie mir die Rezeption umgehend bestätigte. Besonders erfreulich finde ich die vielen Kleiderbügel und das Wasser, vor allem das warme, ist hervorragend. Das Einzelbett ist, trotz kleinerer Mängel, ausreichend. Für eine vorübergehende Unterkunft in Notfällen ist es bestens geeignet. Die Klimaanlage kühlt sehr effektiv, und der moderne Fernseher mit Netflix und YouTube bietet eine willkommene Abwechslung. Ein Wasserkocher ist vorhanden, Speisen werden jedoch nicht im Zimmer serviert, obwohl sich im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant befindet, das allerdings oft leer zu sein scheint. Zusammenfassend vergebe ich 3,8 Sterne.

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

Das Zimmer ist großartig. Lage ist in der Nähe von SM City Iloilo, zu Fuß. In der Nähe der Ablenkungsstraße, erwartete ich nicht, dass unser Zimmer einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Tauch und sogar ein Essentisch hat. Genau wie ein Pad. Wir blieben im Zimmer in Bangkok, nur so wissen, dass das kostenlose WLAN nicht das Zimmer erreichen kann.

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring. However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.

Zu diesem Hotel mit O.Gigantes zurückgekehrt und lebte noch 3 Tage. Wir waren alle arrangiert, eine schlechte Sache, die starke Wasserfälle ins Meer. Das Personal war sehr responsiv und aufmerksam. Im Zimmer, Shampoo, Zahnpasta, Toilettenpapier und Wasser in Flaschen, Frühstück ist sehr gesättigt und lecker.
