Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

Wir hatten zwei Tage lang weder WLAN noch Fernsehempfang, und die Klimaanlage tropfte. Wir haben bereits mehrmals einen Techniker gerufen. Auch an der Rezeption konnten wir uns nicht helfen lassen, aber man sagte uns lediglich, dass es keinen Empfang gäbe. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da wir den bezahlten Komfort und Internetzugang nicht nutzen konnten. Ich hoffe, dass diese Bewertung dazu beiträgt, dass das Hotel künftig besser auf die Anliegen seiner Kunden eingeht.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Nice and cozy hostel! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were very kind. It’s a good place to relax after a long day of traveling. We enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. We have moved a couple of times around the hotel for a lot of issues. We settled in on the 6th floor Deluxe in which they only have 3 rooms.

Lage ist wirklich gut, wenn Sie Roam rund um Davao Stadt schließen Sie sich dem Mall und Geschäften, Personal sind Freundlich, freundlich,Respectful.Wir genießen unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel, Das Essen vom Frühstücksbuffet schmeckt wirklich gut. Der Pool ist entspannend Gut für die Kinder, um ab dem heißen Wetter draußen zu kühlen. Vielleicht nur ein wenig reinigen die Fenstergarten coz es ist ein Bit Dusty , Gesamterfahrung ist wunderbar.

Pros - sauber komfortable Zimmer - nahe der Kostenlinie mit Blick über den Kanal - Super polite staff - große Familienpool-Gebiet - verwendet to the place being full so it’s very well organised - 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice Kons - keine Konzerte, um neue Gäste aus Taxis zu heißen - Keiner, der dich in dein Zimmer zeigen kann! - Laut schlagende Türen, die früh am Morgen aufwachen, weil Nachbarn von Türen nebeneinander (siehe Bilder) - Vogelpoo überall in den Fenstern (siehe Bilder) - Frühstücksbuffet war nur ok.. Selbstservice Kaffee und nicht tolles Essen. Ein anständiges Hotel, aber etwas durch schlechte Willkommen und frühen Morgengeräusch anderer Gäste ruiniert.

The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to the bus terminal and near sm ecoland. Food is great and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da es weniger als 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Allerdings muss man mit Gepäck eine Treppe hinaufsteigen. Ich werde aber trotzdem für meine nächsten frühen Morgenreisen wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Ich wiederhole das Hotel und werde bei meiner nächsten Reise wiederkommen, ein ruhiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit guter Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, gelinde gesagt, es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist kein Hindernis dafür, dass Ihr Aufenthalt sehr gut wird.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.
