Amazing stay! Awesome experience with my family, everything was perfect clean, comfortable, well organized. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!!!

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Das Personal ist sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn man sagt, dass es gut ist, werde ich geistig. Auch diese Position ist leicht zu verstehen, weil sie sehr nahe an die große Moschee ist.

Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber. Zur Strand und zurück transfers 3 mal am Tag. Frühstück und Abendessen sind gut, viele Früchte. Zwei Hotels wurden reserviert: Plaza und dann am Strand, aber ohne Essen. After all, wir mochten es so sehr, dass die zweite Buchung wurde storniert und der Plaza wurde ausgedehnt

Bleibt: 3 Tage während eines ersten Besuchs, um schöne Salalah zu entdecken. Gesamtdruck: Das Hotel war im Vergleich zu den Bildern insgesamt weniger als erwartet, die schöner aussehen als die Realität. Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel. Dienst: Der Service war richtig und professionell, ohne besonders bemerkenswert zu sein. Frühstück: Frühstück war für ein 4-star Hotel grundlegend. Instant Kaffee wurde am Morgen serviert. Wenn Kaffee getrennt bestellt wurde, Arabische Kaffee wurde serviert, was nicht für meinen Geschmack und wurde extra geladen. Ort: Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber es braucht noch Taxis, um sich umzuziehen. Gesamt: Ein annehmbarer Aufenthalt für einen ersten Besuch in Salalah, aber die Erwartungen sollten entsprechend festgelegt werden.

Отличный отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Все просьбы решались очень быстро на ресепшен. Вкусное и разнообразное питание, красивый панорамный ресторан, достаточное количество лежаков, зеленая территория с пальмами. Спасибо!

El hotel en líneas generales está bien, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorarse como incluir zapatillas, albornoz, cafetera y amenities. No se pude aceptar que los zumos del desayuno no sean naturales para esta categoría. El restaurante de la playa (Palm Grove) tiene unas ensaladas y pizzas deliciosas.

Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too

Sehr gutes Hotel, schöner Aufenthalt, komfortabler Aufenthalt 10 von 10, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Salalah komme. Ich bleibe hundertprozentig bei Ihnen. Das Personal ist sehr gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit Leute sind sehr kooperativ nette Leute von Sala. Vielen Dank

Very friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.
