The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

einem der besten Hotel in der Chitwan-Zone, wir haben zwei Nächte mit Familie gebüllt, wir reservierten zwei Zimmer des Dschungels gegenüber Balkon, große Lage, am Fluss, freundlich und gut besetztes Personal, schneller Service, Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit allen modernen Einrichtungen, Restaurant hat viele Menüs zu sehr guten Preis, Front Office-Personal waren sehr nett ein Mr. Ram ist ausgezeichnet, wir genossen unserem Aufenthalt.

All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself. Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained. No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber, und die Aussicht vom Rückfenster war direkt auf einen Stapel von Müll, was sehr unbehaglich war. Auf der Grundlage unserer Erfahrung würde sogar ein Rating 3-star großzügig fühlen. Das einzige positive Aspekt, das wir hervorheben können, ist, dass das Personal freundlich und hilfreich war. Leider hatten wir nicht nur eine gute Gesamterfahrung.

We had such a memorable time at Into The Wild. We were greeted by Kumar and Ranjit who looked after us so well. We were shown the hotel grounds and facilities on arrival, told which animals we might see from the hotel terrace (we saw jackals, peacocks, deer, even a jungle cat!) and explained about the safari options before our evening meal was prepared. The food was delicious and the portions were huge, the breakfast was fresh too! The room was large, clean and quiet. However there’s so much to see, we didn’t spend much time there. We took a private jeep safari the next day and we did the guided village walk which was really interesting. We can’t wait to visit again!

Such a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

Die Ausstattung ist unzureichend, es sollte einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer geben. Wenn jemand etwas bestellt, sollte das Servicepersonal den Gast informieren, falls es zu lange dauert. Ich habe eine Stunde im Restaurant auf eine Pizza gewartet. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts – das ist wirklich ärgerlich.

Our recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river. From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

I visited this place when it started raining, and although the rooms were not as luxurious as expected, the price was quite high for a budget stay. However, the location is a big plus, right in the heart of Sauraha, Chitwan. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not clean, and the pump was not running. Some food items listed on the menu were also unavailable. On the positive side, I met Brother Bishwas, who was humble, polite, and a little shy. He was a good person, and the other staff members were also friendly and helpful. Overall, despite a few areas that need improvement, it was still a good experience. I would recommend this place for a family visit, especially if you are looking for a stay in the heart of Sauraha. Hopefully, they will improve the facilities and food availability in the future.
