Very nice place, perfect condition of all facilities! Practically new apartments, with good quality furniture and electrical appliances. Clean and fresh! We had all needed and even more. Totally correspond to photos and description. The value of this apartment is higher than the price. Design and even small items are well organized. Friendly service, helpful owner of the apartments. Parking is directly in front of entrance, always available free places. We enjoyed the stay in this place. Really close to city center to go by foot. In case we will return to Lucca we will definitely choose this apartments again.

Unser Aufenthalt in La Chiusa Delle Monache war wirklich besondere. Das Eigentum fühlt sich wie ein schönes Haus voller Charme und Charakter. Wir blieben im Haus des ehemaligen Pferdes, gedankt in ein gemütliches und einzigartiges B&Bit war sowohl komfortable als auch voll von Persönlichkeit. Das ist ein echtes Familienhaus, und Sie können es in jedem Detail fühlen. Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, bietet einsichtige Tipps über das Gebiet, das unser Besuch noch besser machte. Die ganze Familie mom, Dad und jeder hilft, den Ort zu laufen, indem sie eine warme, heimliche Atmosphäre erzeugen. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight, vor allem die Haustiere aus der Rezeption der Mutter, absolut lecker und leicht mein Lieblingsteil des Aufenthalts. Als bedenkliches Touch gab sie uns sogar Resttiere, um auf der Straße zu gehen, die wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Eine Herzfleischerfahrung von Anfang bis Ende Sehr beeindruckend und sehr empfohlen.

Mother-daughter weekend trip.  Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff.  Room was spacious with high quality toiletries.  Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times.  Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

I love this adorable b&b. Super close to Via Fillungo for shopping and right in the heart of this beautiful walled city. So many bars and restaurants very close. The owners are so lovely and I did not want for anything. Breakfast was delicious with eggs cooked your way. Some meats and cheeses and cereals. Plenty to eat and great coffee. You get a discount on the Puccini opera if you book through the hotel and I heartily recommend you go. I went three times.

Alojamiento muy peculiar y bonito teníamos 2 habitaciones una doble y otra para 4 personas. La de 4 tenía 2 habitaciones muy grandes con el baño en el centro con ducha , bañera grande , 2 lavabos y todo lo necesario hasta planchas de pelo. Llegamos por la tarde y nos dejaron un sobre con las llaves y todo muy bien explicado. Muy buena comunicación por wasapearme con Marina. Desayuno rico y ubicación a unos 15 minutos al centro andando y con parking. En general todo perfecto

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig, voll von Charakter, aber hatte alles, was Sie brauchten (Luftkoni, Kettle, Safe, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner) Der Service war brillant, so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Frühstück und erwähnten, dass wir vegan waren, als wir reserviert hatten. Sie kocht einen veganischen Kuchen zum Frühstück, das war absolut lecker! Sie bot auch Orange Milch. Perfekt Aufenthalt!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

We had such a fantastic 3-night stay at Hotel Diana! From the moment we walked in, the host and staff were absolutely incredible. We arrived quite early, but they immediately made us feel right at home, sitting us down with coffee and snacks while sorting out our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch after travelling. The room itself was so comfortable, and we both had some of the best nights' sleep of our entire trip. You can tell real thought went into decorating the place; we especially loved all the art and pictures on the walls, giving it so much charm and character. Breakfast each morning was spot on,not over the top, just a really fresh, delicious spread to start the day. Plus, the location couldn't be better for wandering around and exploring Lucca on foot. My husband and I couldn’t recommend Hotel Diana enough if you're planning a trip here. We’d happily stay again in a heartbeat!

Dieser Ort war überraschend schön in einer wirklich coolen Stadt, die nicht wirklich auf meinem Radar war. Es ist kurz von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und einige wirklich gute Restaurants entfernt. Es war ein wenig schwierig, anzumelden, da die Straße nicht Parkplatz hat und es schwer zu finden, aber Ruf die Uhr oder schließen Sie früher mit dem Besitzer und es wird glatt sein, bin ich sicher. Der Parkplatz war schön, weil er vor der Straße geschützt ist, aber wie in ganz Europa, preiswert. Es gibt auch eine Frühstücksoption, aber nicht das Geld ausgegeben, um die Qualität zu finden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, große Klimaanlage und das Bett ist komfortabel.

’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
