Unbeschäftigter Ort mit sehr geräumigen modernen Zimmern und sehr schönen en-suite-Wanderbad. Gemeinsames Küchenbereich mit Tagsüber Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, frisches Obst, Snacks und Yoghurt. Gut in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nahe den Hauptstraßen und dem Bahnhof. Frühstücksgutscheine, die in einem lokalen Kaffee gezahlt und gelegentlich im Gasthaus serviert werden. Salvatore ist sehr hilfreich in allen Bereichen. Der einzige kleine Punkt ist das Fehlen von Soundproofing vor allem mit Holzboden oben, aber wenn Sie Ohrschneider bringen, wird es gut sein. Sehr empfehlen!

Sehr sauber und sauber: Super ausgestattete Zimmer. Personal aufmerksam und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - eines der besten Frühstücksangebote in unserer 1-monatigen Reise. Nicht durch den Eingang, der schwer zuerst zu finden ist, ausgesetzt werden. Ich bin sicher, dass sie das nächste Mal besuchen werden, wahrscheinlich auch im Erdgeschoss besetzen.

Wir hatten eine fabulöse Nacht hier vor unserem frühen Morgenflug am nächsten Tag. Wir wurden von den freundlichsten Gastgebern begrüßt, die uns schnell ins Lager gebracht haben. Wirklich gute Kommunikation überall. Wir konnten einen Parkplatz nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß finden, der nur wenige Euro kosten (kostenlos nach 8:00 Uhr) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einfach und ein Kühlschrank mit einigen komplimentären kalten Wasser und einen Koks, der ein wunderschöner großzügiger Touch war. Das Badezimmer war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Sauber mit frischen Handtüchern. Komplimentar WiFi TV mit Netflix, die unserem Teenagersohn gefallen. Das Apartment hatte wunderbare Aussichten vom Balkon! Bei der Frage empfahl die schönen Gastgeber die wunderschönste Pizzeria für das Abendessen. Lage - einfach zu Fuß und in der Nähe von vielen Bars und Restaurants. Cagliari ist eine so schöne Stadt. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen, hier zu bleiben.

Host was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe. Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

Well we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

Location was great. Parking wasn’t. Air conditioning at night wasn’t working well. Awkward check in desk location. Mattress was good, but the slightest movement on the bed and it felt unstable.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen! Es ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof und dem Yachthafen entfernt und liegt mitten im historischen Stadtzentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, insbesondere das Badezimmer, ein großes Dankeschön an die Putzfrau! Sie macht einen tollen Job. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem. Kurz gesagt: Dieses Hotel war großartig. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

It’s money value choice. Good location, good bed and towers. And very helpful and friendly staff.

Der Service war phänomenal, das Personal war sehr freundlich und sorgfältig, jegliche Probleme oder Anfrage und meine Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Gegend ist ruhig ohne Störungen während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war mit AC ausgestattet, das nach dem Eingang aus der Wärme sehr nett war. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr komfortable. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. Zusätzlich zu diesem ist es noch 30 Minuten Busfahrt zum Zentrum, und ein guter 20-minütiger Spaziergang zu den nächsten Geschäften. Das Hotel selbst war ausgezeichnet, aber die Lage ist ein wirklich großes Negativ, um dort zu bleiben. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, ist es nicht wert, zu bleiben, es sei denn, Sie können Reisen sortieren.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
