GGastnutzerThe ambience, the comfort, the food, the location. Everything was perfect with total sync with money charged. I would like to stay again and again at this property. Staffs were polite and prompt. Smooth check-in and check-out. Pool was well maintained. Room size was ok. Fabric used in room was skin friendly. Room service was excellent. Lobby was found adequately placed furniture and was enough space to accommodate guests comfortably.

BBartZelfNice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise.
The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby.
Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people.
I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

PPANCHALDas Hotel ist eine perfekte Mischung aus moderner Luxus und klassischer Charme. Die Lobby ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Möbeln und einer einladenden Atmosphäre. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im Innendesign schafft ein Gefühl von Komfort und Sophistikation.
Mein Zimmer war nichts anderes als spektakulär. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigkeit war offensichtlich, und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allen Einrichtungen, die man beantragen könnte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, die sicherte eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf. Das Design des Zimmers zeigte eine bedenkliche Mischung aus zeitgenössischer Stil und praktischer Funktionalität.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is at walkable distance to Temple. The rooms were neat and clean and spacious too. All the staff were very helpful. The only thing s that cabs are allowed upto certain distance only. But hotel staffs came and picked our luggage. All hotels near the temple will have this issue.

Iimsmoothassilkインドで体調不良になりたくなかったのでちゃんとしたホテルを予約しました。アメニティなどはしっかりとしていましたが、エクストラベッドのリクエストをしたのにも関わらず準備されていなかったり追加のタオルをお願いしたのに一向に届けられなかったりヒルトンブランドに値するかと言われると疑問に思います。

GGastnutzerOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

DDzianis RThe location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.
