GGastnutzerGood- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!!
Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.
The individual rooms are much better

GGastnutzerThe property is good to stay clean and well maintained, but no restaurant except breakfast, city restaurants are too far auto charges 700 rs return for 3.5 km that is too much, zomato and Swiggy is there, less option of restaurant for vegetarians 2 to 3 only,rest all is good no complains, room 101 should have tinted view glass for privacy reasons, that should be taken care off immediately, request to owner to open restaurant as well for guest atleast . staff is very well trained and behaved thanks 👍

GGuest UserHotellage ist good......Common Bereiche sind gut gepflegt, aber die Zimmer sind nicht so wie in der Fotografie auf der Website ....Restaurant ist nicht gut ***alter, obwohl das Personal gut ist, aber ich finde, es gibt viel Spielraum für Verbesserungen. ...Buffet Frühstück ist gut ....Biryani Geschmack war gut .... Lebensmittel war im Allgemeinen gut ... Ich musste mehr als 30 Minuten warten, damit das Hotelpersonal meine Gepäck beim Abreisen von Zimmern überträgt ..... Es gab eine Menge Unterschiede zwischen dem Preis, wie auf der Check-out erwähnt wurde. trip.com und direkt mit hotel.....Trip.com war weniger für die gleiche Privilege Suite ....

GGastnutzerRecently stayed at Mango Hills in a 2 bedroom apartment. Exterior of the hotel is clean and landscaping is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and polite. However the 2 bedrooms apartment we stayed is worn out and cleanliness is lacking. Linens are old and dirty with stains.
Breakfast is average and restaurant cleanliness is substandard. Hotel has potential but in need of upgrading works.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen 3-Nacht-Angenehmen Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht.

GGastnutzerThe stay ar the welcome heritage fernhills palace ooty was excellent. Right from the welcome to the rooms to the service everything was top notch. I would like to add that make my trip never disappoints. However i just have one concern regarding the car and the driver. The driver otherwise was extreme cooperative but did not understand tamil or english and was comfortable only with malayalam. Overall it was a very nice experience, apart from the car and the driver.
