Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Das Hotel war nicht so gut wie in den Bildern gezeigt und das Zimmer war nicht gut konzipiert. Aufzug funktionierte nicht richtig. Es war nach Einrichtungen teuer. Aber es war an einer guten Lage, der Service war durchschnittlich, die Schneiderei war nicht richtig gereinigt, elektrische Häfen funktionierten nicht richtig. Ac war zu klein und nicht funktioniert, und ac Fernseh wurde auch nicht gegeben, wir müssen Knöpfe auf dem Ac verwenden, die uns einen Schock geben können.

A wonderful hotel, from the staff,food,reception, breakfast, bar..5**** very kind and generous staff... the taxi service from Bhupinder was fantastic.. over all a beautiful place to stay..with wonderful views of the himalayas!!

We had booked four double rooms and stayed here for three nights. The rooms are well organised and neat and clean. The staff are polite and friendly. The linen were clean and comfortable. However, other than liquid soap, no other toiletries were provided. Also the breakfast is pretty ordinary. There is no change in the breakfast menu on a daily basis, but on our request, they did provide south indian items on the third day, which was welcome. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay here.

Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep. That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference. The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning. One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you. The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking. Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

We recently had a superb stay at hotel king castle, mcleodganj. All the staff members of the hotel were courteous and helpful with providing services. They even helped us in arranging our local sightseeing tour which was a great experience. The hotel is tucked in a quiet corner on the main road in a very peaceful setting amid-st nature. It's situated at about 1. 5 km from the main mcleodganj square. The view from the balcony was amazing. With breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and the panaromic view of the valley. I'll also rate the property high on hygiene and cleanliness. Overall a safe and comfortable place to stay for families, couples and foreign tourists in mcleodganj. Would love to stay here again when in mcleodganj.
