I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Kaum vorstellbar die hohe Preisleistung, ein kleines Boutique-Hotel mit insgesamt fünf Zimmern, mit einem schönen Swimmingpool, ich möchte es unbedingt für eine Poolparty einpacken. Die Zimmer sind gut gebaut. Ob Infrastruktur oder klimatisiertes Baden, das Frühstück ist lecker und herzhaft. Das nächste Mal gehe ich mit Freunden und wickle es als private Party ein. Der Strand des Resorts eignet sich zum Schwimmen (bitte beachten Sie die Gezeiten). Der Meeresgrund ist voller tropischer Fische und Korallen; beim Schwimmen werden Tauchschuhe und -handschuhe empfohlen (Korallenriffstrand). Das Resort stellt Schwimmwesten und große Handtücher (am Pool) zur Verfügung. Sie erreichen das Resort über WhatsApp. Der Zimmerservice ist per SMS (Englisch) verfügbar, nicht über das Zimmertelefon. Das Resort antwortet schnell. Gegenüber dem Resort befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants mit einer großen Auswahl an preiswerten Speisen. Um zum Resort zu gelangen, können Sie über die BlueBird-Taxi-App ein Taxi buchen (ca. 300.000 IDR). Dies ist günstiger als Grab oder der kostenpflichtige Shuttle des Resorts (600.000 IDR).

Aufgrund von Flugverspätungen musste ich meine Reisepläne ändern und konnte statt drei Nächten im Sheraton nur eine Nacht bleiben – aber diese kurze Nacht war sehr angenehm! Zunächst einmal ist das Hotel zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man merkt, dass die Ausstattung gut gepflegt wird. Die Pflegeprodukte konnten wir bedenkenlos auch für die Kinder verwenden. Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber ausreichend für etwas Spaß. Der Hotelstrand bietet eine eher durchschnittliche Aussicht, nichts Atemberaubendes. Zweitens zeigt sich der Markenwert am besten im Service: Dieser ist ausgezeichnet und sorgt für ein sehr entspanntes Gefühl. Jeder Mitarbeiter begrüßt einen proaktiv und ist sehr herzlich. In diesem Punkt übertrifft es das Lokrum bei Weitem. Zu guter Letzt ist das Frühstück reichhaltig und schmeckt sehr gut, besonders der Iced Americano war köstlich. Alles in allem hat mir das Sheraton deutlich gezeigt, wie hervorragend alteingesessene Hotelmarken im Bereich Service sind!

Ich habe dieses Hotel noch am selben Tag gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Die Vorteile sind ein hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein begeisterter Service. Am Senggigi Beach, nur ein Hotel von Quincy entfernt. Die Aufteilung ist klein und exquisit und es ist wunderschön, den Sonnenuntergang im Restaurant zu beobachten. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Schwimmbad etwas klein ist, es draußen keinen Strand gibt, es ist ein Riff, aber man sollte von der Kante zum Strand anderer Hotels hinuntergehen können, und man kann auch dorthin laufen.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Die Privatsphäre der Kunden ist das wichtigste und das ist, was das Hotel aufpassen sollte, nicht einmal sagen sie dort und hier.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
