This was a great place. Obviously you need a car to reach, but then most places on the island outside the city do. Plenty of parking on site. Family run. Super nice and friendly. Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views of sea. Our room wasn't too big, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we're out most of the time. The pool was cute. We went early in morning and evening and didn't find it busy. Breakfast buffet was small but again, nothing really to complain about. We ate the food and were satisfied. It can be a bit tricky initially to navigate and find your way to the hotel from the main road. There are several routes. Just drive slow and you'll be fine. Overall, we had a nice holiday and if we're coming back to the same area we would probably choose to stay here again.

Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

整體來説，這是一家擁有非常漂亮海景和舒適度假環境的酒店，有不少讓我喜歡的地方，但服務的一致性和一些細節還有提升空間。 酒店最大的優勢無疑是天然海景，景色真的很漂亮，整體環境也很舒服，很適合放鬆度假。工作人員整體態度禮貌，也願意協助客人的需求。 早餐是我很喜歡的部分之一，食物好吃、新鮮，整體品質不錯。特別想稱讚一位穿藍色襯衫、灰黑色褲子的服務人員。他看起來比較嚴肅，但實際上服務非常細心。他記得我們前一天點過歐姆蛋，第二天看到我們時還主動詢問是不是也要歐姆蛋。雖然衹是一個小細節，但能夠記得客人前一天的喜好，讓人感覺非常貼心。 不過，**這次住宿最讓我不滿意的地方也是早餐服務。**果汁和咖啡都需要由服務人員提供，並不是自助。好幾次工作人員會主動幫坐在我旁邊的客人倒飲料或續杯，卻沒有詢問我是否也需要。一次可能不會特別在意，但連續發生幾次之後，真的會產生一種被忽略的感覺。尤其與那位非常細心的服務人員相比，更能感受到不同員工之間服務品質的落差。我認為酒店在服務的主動性和一致性方面還有比較大的提升空間。 酒店的晚餐餐廳也值得肯定，食物很好吃，品質不錯，不過整體價格偏高。 房間方面，水壓非常充足，洗澡很舒服，空調也很給力。原本房間的枕頭對我來説太高，但第二天向工作人員反映後，很快就幫忙更換了更合適的枕頭，這一點處理得很好。 比較可惜的是房間隔音一般。晚上會比較明顯地聽到水流聲，以及冰箱運作的聲音，在安靜的時候尤其明顯。如果對聲音比較敏感，可能會影響睡眠。 另外一個比較影響體驗的是延遲退房當天的房卡問題。酒店願意提供延遲退房，本來是很加分的安排，但房卡還是在上午11點失效了。我們當時剛從海邊游泳回來，全身還是濕的，卻無法進入房間，衹能去前台處理。續卡大約等了10–15分鐘，拿到之後回到房間，結果還是無法開門，衹能濕着身體再次返回前台。這整個過程確實比較折騰，也讓人覺得前台處理問題的效率還有提升空間。 總體而言，我很喜歡這裏漂亮的海景和環境，早餐新鮮好吃，晚餐餐廳的食物也不錯，房間的水壓和空調錶現很好，而且也遇到了非常細心、讓人印象深刻的工作人員。**最大的扣分點還是早餐時多次被忽略的感覺，其次是房卡處理效率和房間隔音。**如果酒店能夠讓不同員工之間的服務更加主動和一致，我覺得整體住宿體驗會提升很多。 The hotel has a beautiful natural sea view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent. The dinner restaurant was also very good, although quite expensive. Special thanks to the breakfast staff member in a blue shirt and dark grey trousers. He seemed serious at first but was very attentive. He remembered that we ordered omelets the day before and asked if we wanted them again the next morning, which was a lovely detail. However, my biggest disappointment was also the breakfast service. Coffee and juice are served by staff, and several times they refilled drinks for guests right next to me without asking me. After this happened repeatedly, I genuinely felt overlooked. More consistent service would make a big difference. The pillows were initially too high, but the staff quickly replaced them after we mentioned it. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear running water and the refrigerator at night. We appreciated the late check-out, but our key stopped working at 11 a.m. After returning from swimming, we had to wait 10–15 minutes at reception while still wet to reactivate it. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work, so we had to return to reception again. Overall, the view, environment and food were great, but breakfast service consistency, front desk efficiency and soundproofing could be improved. er.

It is a charming boutique, family-run hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of palm trees providing welcome shade — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Crete. A special mention must go to the manager, Konstantinos, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming and honest throughout our stay. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore and travel to the many beautiful beaches around Chania, so you can choose a different beach to enjoy each day.

Polecam pobyt w hotelu Sunrise Village z uwagi na dobre położenie z dala od ruchliwej ulicy, a zarazem blisko do sklepów, restauracji czy plaży. Pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżka, wszystko czyste i regularnie sprzątane. Posiłki smaczne różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś co mu będzie smakowało. Basen i przestrzeń wspólna czysta codziennie czyszczona, dużo leżaków oraz bar w którym serwowane są napoje, drinki oraz przekąski. Jeżeli wybiorę się jeszcze raz na Kretę to skorzystam z usług hotelu.

Mycket fint, rent och fräscht boende. Städning skedde varje dag, vilket var för ofta. Städning var 3:e dag skulle räcka. Nära till allt; pool, strand och Agia Marinas utbud. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kommunikationen mellan Trip.com och boendet brast vid incheckning men personalen i receptionen löste det. Ett toppen ställe! Rekommenderas varmt!

I’m pleased with my choice of accommodation. The owner is very friendly and gave me a few suggestions about travelling around. The cleaning is every day and changing towels often. I had everything I needed in my studio. Great facilities and the location is perfect. The beach is within 5 minutes walking. We had a nice balcony where we were watching the sunrise and the sunset- amazing. 🤩

Great location, great rooms great stuff, Nice bar and bar tenders  Awesome pools (2!) Great beach.  They switched us a room after air conditioning wasn’t working at all.  Stream in shower is too low.  Suggestion: the sun-beds could have been free…

Heute bin ich wieder zu Hause gelandet, nachdem ich eine fantastische Woche in diesem familiengeführten Hotel verbracht habe. Ich kann Ihnen definitiv sagen, dass es einer der besten Urlaube war, die ich je hatte, voller netter Leute und großartigem griechischen Wetter. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen, Sie haben viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Lidl ist nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Neben dem Hotel gab es ein tolles Café – gehen Sie weiter. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie ins Stadtzentrum von Chania gelangen, wo Sie einen schönen Spaziergang machen und ein köstliches Abendessen genießen können. Das Hotel selbst ist im Apartmentstil gehalten und hat einen fantastischen Pool, der immer gut gepflegt und sauber war. Jeden Tag sorgten die Mädchen dafür, dass unser Zimmer sauber war und wir neue Handtücher hatten, und sie stellten ziemlich beeindruckende Arrangements aus Blumen und Handtüchern her 😁 Der Manager des Hotels war äußerst freundlich und ging immer effizient auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Das Frühstück war köstlich und insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm. Besuchen Sie dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall, um die unglaubliche griechische Gastfreundschaft zu spüren.

I stayed here with my mom for one night, and overall we had a good experience. The location is excellent—there are three nice beaches within walking distance, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Since our room was on the ground floor, there was a slight musty smell, but it wasn’t a big issue as we had a balcony and all the necessary amenities. In the end, we were satisfied with our stay and left with a positive impression.
