⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay with Excellent Service City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!

Es ist relativ bequem, Cullersburg, den Busbahnhof und den zentralen Platz zu erreichen. Sie können ihn fast zu Fuß nach 500 Metern erreichen. Nehmen Sie den Bus 2 zum Palast von Knossos. Das Hotelpersonal ist herzlich und freundlich und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wird ständig an unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Das Hotel kann auch bei der Organisation von Besichtigungen behilflich sein. Da es in der Nebensaison schwierig ist, zur Insel Spinalonga zu fahren (sie ist wochentags geschlossen), half Mary jedoch, den Taxifahrer zu kontaktieren, die Route und den Plan für uns sorgfältig zu planen und sie an unserem Tag weiter zu besprechen Bei unserem Besuch erfuhr der Fahrer auch, dass auf der Insel eine vorübergehende Sperrung herrschte. Wir sind also eine Gruppe, die uns übrigens offen stehen kann, damit es bei der Fahrt keine Reue gibt!

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier.  Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Frühstücksbereich ist klein, aber fein, und die Bedienung mit den langen schwarzen Haaren und der Brille ist ausgezeichnet, immer lächelnd und freundlich – einfach ausgezeichnet! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt keine Parkplätze, aber einen privaten Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, falls jemand einen möchte, kostet er 6 Euro pro Tag.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Sehr nahe an den meisten der emblematischen Orte von Heraklion: archäologisches Museum, stark venetien.... Das Zimmer war funktionell ( Kühlschrank, Eisen, Kocher, Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher, und nicht schlechte Aufnahmen: Strom, USB und HDmi) und sauber. Die Liter ist nett. Die Lärmuntersuchung ist jedoch nicht optimal, weil ich den Lärm der Nachbarn und der Straße hörte. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Das Personal ist empfehlenswert.

The apartment is ground floor in a good spot in Heraklion. It is spacious , clean, and convenient with nice kitchen area, spacious pleasant bedroom and compact but nice shower room. The living area is spacious but the furniture is functional rather than luxury, and includes a simple sofa bed and single bed . The owner is attentive . However, although We were offered clean towels during our week stay they never turned up . Disappointing. . There is no where to hang wet towels other than on the furniture.

Excellent place, the location is really close to the city centre just a few meters walk, but it is quiet since it is in a back alley .there is a parking spot , very narrow but still a good service since it is not so easy to find parking on the centre.the room is very clean and well furnished , I can definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in the centre of Heraklion.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und in der Lobby gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Insbesondere der Rezeptionist war sehr herzlich und freundlich und gab uns handgeschriebene Buslinien und Busbahnhofnamen. Der Busbahnhof war nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt, was für uns sehr hilfreich war, um die Stadt zu besichtigen (der Busfahrer tat dies nicht). Englisch verstehen).
