Ideal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow.

Nice little bed and breakfast. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that but room was clean and had everything in it you needed. Kettle could have done with being sterilised beforehand but was ok. Location good, close to the tube. Shops down the road and a lovely cafe too.

Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit zum Flughafen, Terminal 5. Genießen Sie gutes Frühstück und Kaffee. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Bus zum Terminal 5, es ist v bequem. V freundliches Personalteam, esp Rachel. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Ein weiteres gutes Ding - ein Bad!

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, etwa fünf oder sechs Kilometer. Das liegt vielleicht am Kreisverkehr, aber die Luftlinie ist sehr kurz. Am Flughafen gibt es einen Shuttlebus, der 8 Pfund pro Strecke kostet. Da ich viel Gepäck habe, habe ich ein Taxi genommen, als ich zum Hotel fuhr. Das Auto kostete tatsächlich 23,8 Pfund. Das Hotelzimmer ist recht sauber und verfügt nicht über Toilettenartikel, Hausschuhe oder Mineralwasser. Die Schalldämmwirkung ist gut und man hört das Dröhnen startender und landender Flugzeuge nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und die Produkte etwas alt, sahen aber recht sauber aus.

Quiet and clean exactly what you'd want from a premier inn. 2min walk from a Starbucks and Asda express. Restaurant nice decor and very popular I'd stay here again when leaving early from Heathrow

My room was lovely and cosy with a nice ambience. I enjoyed a comfortable night overall. The shower is great. It's around 10 minutes on the A4 bus from the central bus station to the hotel. It's also around 10 minutes drive from the hotel to terminal 5 departures. If you book your own Uber it's £16 (as there's a drop off fee) or you can get the hotel shuttle for £9.95. The bar area looked lovely. There was some noise from other rooms and the heating/air con was quite loud, but otherwise it was a really pleasant stay.

Good hotel, in a great location. Good room except shower sprayed water all over the floor and made it slippy. The main problem for the room was that there was a step into the bathroom and with the room being dark if you forgot it was there you tripped which could have caused injury to someone. It needs some serious signage to warn you. The room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to alter it if we could. Also although the decor was lovely it was way too dark!

Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away.
