Mir gefiel das Zimmer. Ich war überrascht, dass ich nicht im Voraus darüber informiert wurde, dass ich bei Ankunft eine Kaution von 40 £ hinterlegen musste, obwohl ich den Gesamtbetrag bereits bezahlt hatte. Obwohl die Kaution erstattungsfähig ist, hätte man mir klar machen sollen, was passiert, wenn ich kein Geld mehr dabei hätte. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber in der zweiten Nacht roch die Toilette sehr unangenehm, und ich spürte Staub, da ich im Zimmer husten musste. Trotzdem ist es ein schönes Hotel, und ich würde wieder dort übernachten. Ich hoffe, dass das Problem mit der Toilette ernst genommen und behoben wird. Ich habe nachgesehen, ob meine 40 £ zurückerstattet wurden, und der Status war „ausstehend“.

Es gibt eine Beschwerde bezüglich der Zahlung. Wir haben über trip.com gebucht, und an sich gab es kein Problem. Bei unserer Ankunft verlangte die Rezeptionistin jedoch eine Anzahlung von 50 £, die beim Auschecken zurückerstattet werden sollte. Beim Auschecken hieß es dann, das Geld würde automatisch auf unser Konto überwiesen. Wir haben dazu nichts gesagt. Das ist jetzt eine Woche her, aber wir haben weder eine Antwort noch Informationen zur Rückerstattung erhalten.

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. Our room was perfect and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. A special mention has to go to Ipek C, who made such a positive difference to our stay. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very informative. Her kindness and positivity is rare and made our stay feel special. It’s clear that the staff here care about their guests, and Ipek C is a real credit to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would be delighted to return in the future.

It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute.

Der Service ist sehr gut, es ist sehr geduldig für die Menschen, die nicht gut mit unserer Sprache kommunizieren, das Frühstück ist OK, die Zimmer sind sauber, obwohl ein bisschen klein. Im Vergleich zum Zentrum von London ist es sehr billig, es ist einfach, die U-Bahn zu setzen.

Der Platz liegt in der Nähe eines sehr großen Supermarkts und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tube Station. Tee und Kaffee werden im Zimmer geliefert, der Besitzer ist eine sehr nette Person nichts ist kein Problem für ihre sehr schöne Lady. Ich empfehle, alles sauber und sauber zu sein.

Für den einfachen Bedarf ist es in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein. Die Kissen waren fleckig und der Geruch im Zimmer war etwas unangenehm. Es gab auch noch ein paar andere Mängel in puncto Sauberkeit.

Almost satisfied apart from deposit refund back. Till now i am waiting for my deposit its my 5th day after deposit.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.
