Great place and so close to Gatwick, with its own parking. Owners were really friendly and explained everything like how to come in and out with the door code and how we could use the kitchen or order food in and where the nearest pub was. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom neat and shower hot. We had to leave early for our flight so did not have breakfast but had a perfect one night stay there. Thank you

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert. Wird sehr bequem. No 3 Bus aus Gatwick South Terminal buchstäblich außerhalb des Eigentums gestoppt. Preis ist £ 2/person. Große Alternative zum Aufenthalt in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Flughafens.

Zu Beginn gab es eine schlechte Kommunikation, aber das Hotel sagte, dass das System die Nachricht nicht erhalten habe. Der Ctrip-Kunde habe sich schnell mit dem Hotel in Verbindung gesetzt und das Hotel habe sich entschuldigt und ein Upgrade durchgeführt. Ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt eine Autostunde von der Sieben-Schwestern-Klippe und eine halbe Autostunde von Heverburg entfernt. Es ist eine gute Wahl für eine Selbstfahrertour.

The hotel was too far from the Airport, the room was moderate but there was no facility for a disable person to use the bathroom. The bathroom has no heating which made it very hot. They do not allow customer to take food into the room as they don’t offer room services. The staffs were very respectful.

The hotel is rather out of the way but no issues if travelling by car. Check-in was quick, simple and easy. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, cereals and a great cup of coffee from a proper machine. Negatives Sadly there is no option for evening meals meaning having to drive into Crawley to get dinner. The bar is supposedly open until 11pm however when I went to it around 9.30pm the reception which doubles up as bar and breakfast area was dark with the only light on being the reception desk light, so very unwelcoming and not conducive to wanting a drink. The main part of the hotel is solidly built however I was in the annex at the back which has a number of rooms backing onto each other. The stud walls are incredibly thin and it felt like the people in the adjoining room were in mine, so note to oneself, if ever staying there again, make sure that the room is in the main part of the hotel.

Affordable place but further away from the airport than I anticipated. Good sized room and near by pub/restaurant for a good meal

A little bit out of the way requires a vehicle to get there not accessible by bus. The room was comfortable. Clean and quite. The full breakfast was not good at all would not recommend it. The people or staff very pleasant.
