Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Das Personal war willkommen und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und voller Charakter, mit Blick auf die Straße. Die Lage ist perfektfriedlich und malerisch, aber nahe den Hauptblicken. Wir würden gerne zurückkommen und empfehlen, diesen Ort an jede Person, die die Gegend besucht.

Mansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

Das typische britische Landhotel, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, schmeckt gut, das typische britische Frühstück ist verfügbar. Einrichtungen: ein Hundertjähriges Steinhaus, unten ist eine Restaurantbar, oben ist ein Gästezimmer. Entfernung vom Straßenrand, ein wenig schwach.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Busbahnhof und dem Busbahnhof entfernt, bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ins Dorf Cotswold?

Great location in the middle of town, room was nicely decorated and mattress was firm and comfortable to put liking but the pillows were very soft. Bath didn't drain so we had 4 inches of dirty water from our showers during the day (we did mention it to staff as soon as we noticed). Like a lot of Stow hotels they allowed dogs inside so we had the unpleasant finding of a dog hair on the breakfast plate in the morning. This is the problem when you allow animals where people are eating. Food prices are very expensive seeing as they asked us to eat in the bar area as restaurant was closed. We cancelled our dinner reservation as I didn't want to sit next to the heavy panting of a french bulldog next to us. Saying that staff tried to accommodate us as best as they could but also they had to follow house rules

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum. Das English Manor Hotel ist sehr einladend und komfortabel, mit einer großen Wiese und einer weiten Aussicht. Das Hotel hat nicht nur englisches Billard, sondern auch ein Michelin-Restaurant, das sehr lecker ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich, die Betten sind bequem, die Badezimmer sind geräumig und der Garten ist voller Blumen. Am meisten wird der hoteleigene Wein empfohlen, der sehr lecker und süß und sauer ist.

From outside looked scruffy and uncared for inside was fine althoug8evening meal was a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress.
