The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Hotel is OK. Room a bit small. Bed comfortable. Large walk-in shower but plumbing needs improving (hotel water takes time to flow, the switch between hand held shower head and rainfall didn't work properly. Plenty of restaurants around the location. You can also get Uber Eat deliveries.

Ich habe dort übernachtet. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, direkt an der Bushaltestelle, und es gab leckeren Kaffee zum Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, und mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen.
