Rummes Zimmer, genügend für zwei Kollegen. Denkvolle Einrichtungen, zusätzliche Kesseloptionen sowie Turndown Service. Gut starker Kaffee mit Nespresso-Maschine. WiFi wa ziemlich intermittent, blieb während der Zoom-Online-Versammlung abgesagt, aber sonst in der Lage, E-Mails zu machen. Kurz zu Fuß zum Konferenzplatz (Lille Grand Palais). Eingeschränkte Nahrungsmitteloptionen in der Nähe, oft zu Lille Flandres Seite oder Stadtzentrum für Mahlzeiten. Service war sehr responsiv, einige Hausbetreiber konnten Englisch sprechen. Niedriges Berühren am Ende mit Türchokolade beim Checkout. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung.

Hotel is nice and clean and staff are very friendly. Location is very practical if by car, near highway. Even though it is located near the highway, it is very quiet. The breakfast was nice and lots of choices. Even for summer it could be nice with the terasse outside. I am very happy and I would come back if I'd had to be around again.

Insgesamt ist eine gute Erfahrung außer den Gästen, die oben auf uns leben, ziemlich laut. Aber wir hören nichts von anderen Nachbarn. Also, wir denken nicht, es ist die Hörerklärung, wahrscheinlich ist nur die oben stehenden Gäste extrem unberücksichtigt von anderen. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben, das Bett ist ziemlich komfortabel. Die Nachbarschaft ist ziemlich schön und ruhig. Lage etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, kann aber leicht mit dem Zug in der Nähe erreichen. Wenn Sie Spaziergang genießen, etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß können Sie die meisten Orte erreichen. Zur Euraille Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir empfehlen es.

Chambre petite mais très propre et bien aménagée. Salle de bains impeccablement propre : même les parois de la douche étaient essuyées. Plusieurs jeux de serviettes bien blancs et doux étaient à disposition. Chambre calme : j'avais demandé à être loin de l'ascenseur et la réception en a tenu compte. Sinon pas de bruits de conversation ou de télévision dans les chambres adjacentes : mais peut-être ai-je été entourée de voisins sensibles et délicats ? Je les en remercie. Petit-déjeuner en self mais très cosy et calme, varié dans les choix proposés et très copieux. Restaurant du soir Le Rococo : cuisine recherchée avec des pièces de viande goûteuse et bien préparées : j'ai été très agréablement surprise ! Sans oublier le personnel : certes jeune mais accueillant et souriant . Merci à toute l'équipe ! 🙋🏻

Hele ruime kamer en dichtbij allemaal winkels. Prima badkamer met lekkere douche. Om 11:30 uur kwam ik terug van een wandeling en werkte de cijfercode van de kamer niet meer terwijl ik tot 12 uur in mijn kamer mocht blijven. Bij de receptie aangegeven en toen liep er iemand mee die de deur open deed. Eenmaal op mijn kamer bezig kwam er weer iemand van housekeeping binnen. Gelukkig was ik mij niet aan het omkleden. Ik snap niet waarom ze de kamer in gaan als je tot 12 uur mag blijven en ik nog niet had uitgecheckt. Ik zal de volgende keer het kaartje aan de deur hangen met niet storen. Verder waren ze wel erg vriendelijk en raad ik dit hotel aan iedereen aan.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

Gute Lage. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Freundliches Personal während meines Aufenthalts. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Reservierung wurde eingehalten.

Hotel rooms are small, show is tiny and sound insulation is terrible. Take Ear Buds if you want to get any sleep in these rooms, you can hear conversations so clearly through the walls of neighbours on the side and above. Staff are friendly, breakfast for EUR 6 is not worth it, there is a much better buffet breakfast for double that price across the parking if you are hungry in the mornings. Overall, would not return due to the lack of ability sleep with all the noise. If you are looking for a cheap option with secure parking, this is potentially a decent option. More than 2 nights is difficult to justify.

Ein praktischer Zwischenstopp für Autofahrer: Dieses Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, insbesondere für Roadtrips. Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass uns die Rezeptionistin erlaubte, erst um 23 Uhr einzuchecken, also deutlich nach 21 Uhr, was nach der langen Fahrt unglaublich hilfreich war. Das Zimmer war klein, gerade groß genug für ein Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer war kompakt, aber funktional, bot aber selbst für schlanke Personen kaum Platz zum bequemen Duschen; wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob schwerere Personen damit zurechtkommen würden. Ein großes Plus waren die großzügigen Parkplätze. Obwohl es etwas außerhalb der Stadt liegt und keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten bietet, ist es ein schöner Ort für eine Übernachtung, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.
