Next to train station (2 minutes ) . Close to all city attractions . Super clean and central .

Location is on the middle of the countryside. There is a huge golf place at the hotel and I think that's also one of the main attraction. Check in is usually until 6pm, but the host was very nice and received me late night at 10pm and made a little introduction tour. It's very warm and human welcome. There is no breakfast but they have a little commune kitchen and a workout room with sauna. I came for business, but I think if you aim to come for a little getaway in the area I would totally recommend this place.

Location is perfect, directly on mall and short walk to city center. Parking is underground.

Nancy is quite a small town, so everything is within easy walking distance. This hotel is right next to the train station, yet impressively, the windows block out all the noise — well done on that. The hotel does have a few odd regulations though. If you check in after 7 p.m., they send you an access code by email to enter the building, and your key card will be waiting in an envelope inside a safety deposit box. I arrived late and was exhausted, so this “escape room” check-in system wasn’t exactly my favorite experience. They also ask guests to take out their own rubbish at checkout, otherwise there’s an extra cleaning fee. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke both French and English, which made the stay a bit easier.

Perfecte ligging, overdekte parking te betalen. Mooie kamers en handig ingericht. Helaas is er in Thionville niets te zien. Maar het was ook als tussenstop naar huis voorzien…

The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. It is just in the centre of Metz City, close to supermarkets such as Carrefour, Match and the rest. The facilities worked very well throughout my stay with the exception of the heater in my room. I improvised with the heater in the rest room. The interior is very neat though the exterior can be better. The staff mind their business but assisted when approached. I asked for an extension of 2 hours beyond the checkout time to relax before the scheduled time of my train to Paris and it was approved without stress.

Very happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

I needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat. If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

Alles war in Ordnung, wie man es von einem Budget-Hotel erwartet. Die Rezeptionisten waren nett, obwohl sie nicht wirklich Englisch sprechen. Das einzige Problem beim Einchecken war, dass ich aufgefordert wurde, die Hotelgebühren erneut zu bezahlen, obwohl ich bereits online im Voraus bezahlt hatte. Sie sagten, dass sie die Karte nicht belastet hätten, als ich die Vorauszahlung leistete, da sie nur zur Reservierung der Zimmer gedacht war. Also zahlte ich gleich noch einmal an der Rezeption. Dann habe ich heute Morgen überprüft, ob beide Karten (die für die Vorauszahlung und die an der Rezeption verwendete) tatsächlich belastet wurden. Jetzt habe ich doppelte Zahlungen, die ich immer noch versuche, mit dem Trip-Kundenservice zu klären. Außerdem wurden wir am nächsten Morgen plötzlich von all dem Lärm direkt vor unserer Tür geweckt. Jemand schrie/redete so laut und schlug ständig mit Dingen. Als ich die Tür öffnete, war es die Zimmermädchen. Was bringt es, das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an der Tür anzubringen, wenn die Person, die Sie nicht stören soll, Sie tatsächlich direkt vor Ihrem Zimmer stört. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine so laute Haushälterin getroffen habe und das erste Mal, dass eine Haushälterin mich nicht mit „Guten Morgen“ gegrüßt hat, obwohl wir uns auf Augenhöhe begegnet sind.

The hotel staff was very friendly, which is a good thing. Parking outside the hostel was also good and convenient. However, the hotel feels quite old. The toilet was just okay and there was a tissue roll available, but because the hotel is old, the toilet did not feel very clean. The room had yellow lighting, which looked very bad and made the room feel very bad and dull. They should b replaced with white colour light. Room size was small, heating was good. Need some repariment
