Hotels in Provinz Tarragona mit Parkplatz

Vorteile: Nah am Park und nah genug, um abends etwas zu essen zu gehen. Frühstück war gut und nicht zu voll, wenn man um 8 Uhr morgens kommt. Ansonsten muss man mit Warteschlangen rechnen. Nachteile: Wir haben Roulette gespielt, aber sie haben uns nicht einmal gesagt, in welchem ​​Hotel wir waren. Wir sind schließlich einfach nach El Paso gefahren und haben festgestellt, dass wir eigentlich dort übernachten sollten. Sie haben uns auch nicht unsere Zimmernummer geschickt und zu allem Überfluss haben uns die Sicherheitsleute, nachdem wir der Rezeption die Details für unseren Abholwagen gegeben hatten, den Zutritt verweigert, weil sie uns nicht zugeschickt worden waren. Die Liegen am Pool waren wirklich unbequem. Das Toilettenpapier war schlechter als in dem 2-Sterne-Budgethotel, in dem wir als nächstes übernachtet haben, und einige Toilettenartikel, die eigentlich bereitgestellt werden sollten, waren leer. Ich würde das nicht als 4-Sterne-Hotel bezeichnen und wir waren nicht einmal in der Hochsaison dort, also hätte ich einige der oben genannten Punkte nicht erwartet.

The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours.

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und war extrem komfortabel. Die Betten waren weich und das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Hotel sah aus wie ein Resort sehr nahe dem Meer. Es sah sehr luxuriös aus und es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! stark empfohlen. Der Kundenservice bietet Ihnen leicht Hilfe in Englisch.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Hotel im Park, in der Nähe des Eingangs. Schnell-Check-in, konnten wir sogar unser Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft um 10 Uhr morgens schon. Die Eingänge für den Park sind in der Tat die Karte für das Zimmer. Sehr praktisch! Klein negatives Punkt, unser Zimmer war am Ende des Gebäudes also sehr weit vom Eingang des Parks entfernt... nur im Gegenteil. Zimmer mit 2 Betten 140cm. Apparent for 4 people but it must not be too imposant otherwise the 2nd person who sleeps with will be the narrow... Es fehlt eine Kleenex-Feld und kann eine Tafel mit Kekse/Tee/Kaffee vor allem für einen 4*... Aber der Aufenthalt ist top.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Sehr schönes Hotel und fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir zwei Paare in verschiedenen Zimmern waren und eines ein großes Einzelbett und das andere zwei zusammenstehende Betten hatte. Sehr gute Lage, um zwei Tage im Park zu verbringen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel braucht dringende Reformen. Nicht alles ist gut. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr niedrigen Qualitätsprodukten. Schreckliche Saft, Kaffee und warme. Gute Lage. Gute Aufmerksamkeit auf der Rezeption. Während des Frühstücks, allgemeine Personalausweichung. Zimmer mit sehr alten Möbeln.
