Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und nett. Champagner zur Begrüßung und auch zum Frühstück, da meine Freundin Geburtstag hatte. Der Pool war auch unglaublich und die Liegen rundherum waren so entspannend und nie belegt! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend! Insgesamt hat das Personal den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht, obwohl das Anwesen selbst einfach wunderschön ist! Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie einen schönen, entspannten und ruhigen Aufenthalt mit einem fantastischen Pool, einem luxuriösen Zimmer und nur 5 Minuten vom Strand und 3 Minuten von allen Restaurants im Zentrum entfernt suchen! Ich hoffe, irgendwann wiederzukommen!

Übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Zuvorkommendes, freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen. Sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Wir waren sechs Nächte hier und waren begeistert! Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Fantastische Unterkunft! Absolut empfehlenswert! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Küche im Apartment ist super, sodass man selbst kochen und im Urlaub Geld sparen kann. :) Das Apartment ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen; Parkplätze sind in den umliegenden Straßen vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Der Pool war nicht beheizt, Schwimmen war also nicht möglich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Mallorca zurückkehre!

AAnonymer BenutzerHotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
