GGastnutzerStayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful.
Everything I expected in a boutique hotel.
We will defiantly book again.

VV GorWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

TTheFrankFlyerIch besuche meine Familie auf der Insel in der Nebensaison. Das Lindner ist ganzjährig geöffnet und eine gute Alternative zum Hilton, wo ich aufgrund meines Status normalerweise übernachte.
Das Hotel liegt gut und ruhig, und der Service ist hervorragend. Auch in der Hauptsaison ist ein früher Check-in oder ein später Check-out problemlos möglich. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze und eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Besonders praktisch ist, dass das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr geöffnet ist, sodass man abends etwas später in den Tag starten kann.

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

EEnzo1996Die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut und neu. Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, die Parkgebühr ist teuer und die Bodengestaltung ist etwas seltsam ... Ich verlaufe mich oft. Jeder Aufzug führt zu einem anderen Stockwerk. Der Weg von der Rezeption zu meinem Zimmer dauert lange ... Die Serviceeinstellung der Rezeption ist sehr durchschnittlich, ein wenig ungeduldig und entspricht nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels ...

The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
Hotel Staff:
The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep.
Room Experience:
My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated.
Restaurant & Food:
The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing.
On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them!
Facilities:
The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views.
Solo Travel Notes:
I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

GGuest UserSehr gutes Hotel am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Balkon am Meer. Klares Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Frühstück war sehr erweitert mit viel Auswahl. Auf der Strandseite ist schön, aber es ist zum Nachteil, dass es viele junge Menschen am frühen Morgen hören, die ihre Spaziernacht am Strand abschließen. Das Hotel kann nichts tun, aber es ist nützlich zu wissen. Nur Zeiten der Hochsaison vermuten ich. Pool etwas kleines, aber schönes Wasser. Nur mehr als ein gutes Hotel. Ohja: super Service unten an der Rezeption. Die Damen sprechen 5 Sprachen und sind nicht zu berührt, um etwas zu regeln.

SSam_AleeMy breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.
