AAnonymer BenutzerDie Mitteilung des Hotels ist nicht schnell oder effektiv. Auch die Hoteladresse wurde nach Bestätigung meiner Buchung in eine neue Adresse geändert. Die Entfernung vom Hotelstrand veränderte sich von 5 bis 12 Minuten, und die Versprechen der 24-hour Rezeption veränderte sich auf keine Rezeption.
Der Zugangscode wurde nicht sofort nach dem Einchecken versandt, aber ich habe ihn nur vom Hotel nach dem Kontakt des Trip. Die Wohnung ist neu mit einer offenen Küche renoviert. Das Badezimmer hat nur ein Handtuch für jede Person für einen 4-day Aufenthalt. Der zusätzliche Handtücher kostet Ihnen 10 €. Der Wasserdruck ist stark und schnelles warmes Wasser.
Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, aber die Tischwaren sind nicht sichtbar. Es gibt eine Kettle, aber keine Kaffeemaschine.
Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer haben Fenster, aber wir sind auf der gleichen Ebene wie die Leute auf der Straße. Wir fühlen uns nicht privat und komfortabel das Fenster öffnen oder sogar mit dem Schattengarten geschlossen mit dem Fenster geöffnet.
Die Wasch- und Trocknungsmaschine ist mit anderen Reisenden auf dem Dach geteilt. Die Reinigungsfunktion ist gut, aber die Trocknung funktioniert nicht gut. Der Haken wurde erst am letzten Tag gefunden, nachdem der Reiniger es mir gezeigt hat. Das Hotel sollte es am ersten Tag sagen, als ich sie gebeten habe, statt mich zu verlangen, ihnen einen Anruf zu geben, während ich nur auf einem Daten-sim war und nicht anrufen konnte. Die Waschballs sind zur Verfügung gestellt.
Beach-Umbrellas sind auch in einer Lobby gespeichert, die uns nicht bis zum Tag, an dem wir auschecken, sichtbar ist. Ich würde sagen, es hat alles, aber die Kommunikationsfähigkeit des Hotels hat Platz zu verbessern.

AAnonymer BenutzerI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep.
The location was very convenient — close to restaurants, public transport, and key attractions. Breakfast was also great with a good variety of options.
Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will gladly return on my next trip.

We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself.
The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window.
We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay.
The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close.
Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all.
The downsides:
1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms;
2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception.
3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village;
Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

TTravel more exploreMy friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

MMcaru83I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool.
I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar .
Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine,
Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

Минусы: в коридоре на стене увидела огромного таракана, и на ресепшен мы провели больше одного часа, чтобы заселится в номер (очень медленно, огромная очередь).

AAdrienneAEDer Hotelbesitzer war super schön - er hat meinen Freund auf Anfrage einen Eisen- und Haartrockner und führte uns sogar nach El Puerto de Santa Maria, als wir auf den Bus im Regen warten. Die Betten waren komfortable und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.
Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen, Wohngebiet und es gibt nur ein paar Gemüsegeschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe von der Strand von Valdegrana. Wir waren jedoch im März dort, aber ich bin sicher, dass mehr im Sommer offen ist. Es wird auch in den Zimmern im März ziemlich kalt, so wenn Sie Angst vor kalten Zimmertemperaturen haben, Sie vielleicht möchten einen Ort mit Zentralheizung oder Raumheizgeräte auf der Website suchen. Auch kommt der Transport selten und schließt früh - wie um 10, 11 Uhr - so lassen Sie etwas Zeit und machen einige Forschung, wenn Sie bereit sind, die Gegend im Hotel zu verlassen.

Gute Lage im Zentrum auf ruhiger Straße, aber nahe den Hauptplatzen und Straßen, wenige Minuten zum Strand oder zum Busbahnhof und dann zur Grenze von Gibraltar. So perfekt für Tagesbesuche in Gibraltar.
Nicht oft für Hostels persönliches Zimmer mit TV, Tauch und Möbel.
Rein Zimmer und gemeinsame Toilette/Duschen.
Kann den Sack während des Tages nach dem Checkout verlassen.
