GGastnutzer我和同事在這裏續了兩次，總共住了6個晚上，位置很好，離Serena，bluemall，ágora mall商場都很近。最值得點讚的是服務人員，有一天晚上我把打包的炒飯拿到前台幫我熱一下，一位高高的工作人員幫我拿到餐廳熱好，還貼心地拿了湯匙和刀叉。每個工作人員都微笑服務。酒店房間很新，很安靜（雖然樓下是道路但是隔音很好很安靜），早餐好吃，環境優美，有嶄新的健身房，有屋頂泳池，躺在那裡看美麗的晚霞和星星，確實是一段難忘的回憶。以後出差來聖多明各就住這裏了。還有，走100米還有一家中餐店，實在太完美了。

SSteven travelSie können mit diesem nicht falsch gehen. Sehr schönes Personal, gute Lage, gute Bettdusche und moderne. Plus ist die Selbstwäsche- Wasch- und Trocknung. Sehr gute und neue Einrichtungen und es ist kostenlos. Werden Sie mit diesem wieder gehen.

HHappy pigIch habe mich noch nicht im Hotel gefühlt, weil ich mich bei dem Hotel anspreche, bevor ich nicht ins Hotel gelangt. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es sehr gut ist, wenn ich mich anspreche. Nach 2 Nächten, nachdem ich geblieben bin, bedauere ich nicht, das Hotel zu verbringen.

GGastnutzerOne of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel.
Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional.
The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history.
Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything.
Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices.
Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of ”El Conde” or ”Zona Colonial” where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking.

LlludolNicht überhaupt ein 4-star Hotel. Service ist schlecht, sie gab mir ein Zimmer, das nicht mit dem Foto passt, dann bewegte mich in das eigentliche Zimmer, und es war überhaupt nicht wie im Foto. Einige USB-Anschlüsse sind kaputt; es ist wie sie das Hotel nicht auf die richtige Weise mit vielen Baufragen gebaut haben. Sie haben ein Restaurant auf dem Dach, das Essen war schlecht und sehr teuer. Was den Service betrifft, ist es auch sehr schlecht, die einzige Person, die tatsächlich gut gemacht hat, war der Kerl, der mein Gepäck bewegte. Ich würde nicht empfehlen!

GGastnutzerI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over.
The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

LLeopoldI have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.

GGastnutzerObjektiv nicht empfohlen, unten ist ein Kasino, relativ schlank, es gibt wirklich kein Warmwasserbad, die Einrichtungen sind auch alt, aber der Pool ist sehr schön, der Hamburger im Pool Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker, wenn Sie Kinder haben, wird nicht empfohlen zu leben
