Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

If you are coming to this resort for the experience of sleeping in the desert, it delivers reasonably well. The tent I booked was simple but adequate, with a heating blanket provided for colder nights. Go with the mindset of seeking an experience rather than hotel-level comfort. The activities are sold as packages, the most expensive being 400 RMB for 90–120 minutes. They are fun but short and tourist-oriented, still worthwhile if you’ve made the trip. You can also take a quiet stroll into the desert. On the downside, although the resort is marketed for stargazing, there is too much light pollution to see the stars. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, which matters since reception in the area is poor. Snacks are limited, and while a set menu is proposed, individual dishes can be requested, but no prices are displayed for these, which feels lacking in transparency. Cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was also disappointing, as they were not serviced often enough. Overall, while not perfect, the stay is still a unique experience. I recommend it for just one night, enough to enjoy the activities and the desert atmosphere!

Und der Geschmack ist nicht gut, es ist überhaupt geschmacklos und der Preis ist teuer. Wenn Sie über die Umwelt sprechen möchten, bin ich wahrscheinlich in der Nebensaison hierher gekommen, und man kann sagen, dass es trostlos ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern, ich war sehr beeindruckt. Der Reinigungsservice ist stets zur Stelle. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist inklusive. 🥰 Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der diese Gegend besucht. Es ist preisgünstig und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 😁👍 Dieses Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! ☺️

A very new hotel with larger-than-life rooms and beds that feel like apartments. The location is midway between Shapotou and Zhongwei City, so it may not be ideal for some looking for nightlife, but there are several inexpensive restaurants in walking distance, so it's easy enough to get food. The bus stop of number 2 going to the city and the sand dunes is 5 minutes walk away - just time it right because there's one bus per hour in each direction. There's Chinese-style breakfast included which may not be for everyone but it was filling. Definitely worth the money! Had a blissful rest here and would go back.

Die herrliche Naturkulisse in der Wüste, das Nachglühen der untergehenden Sonne erfüllt die Wüste und ein herrliches und warmes Bild erscheint vor Ihnen. Südstaatler haben selten die Gelegenheit, diese Szene zu genießen, was ein wenig schockierend ist. Mittelalterliche Möbel + handgefertigte Teppiche, man fühlt sich immer wie in einem fremden Land und wie in einer Märchenwelt, es ist ganz wunderbar. Hier gibt es viele Filme und die 3 kostenlosen Fotos im Zimmer wurden von Bojue in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hotel gemacht. Seine Fotos sind sehr gut. Reden wir über die Bereiche, die verbessert werden müssen, Software und Hardware passen nicht zusammen und das Lächeln wird vom Wüstensand verweht. Tipps: Ich habe einen Tengol-Zimmergutschein gekauft und einen Termin zum Check-in vereinbart. Zhongweinan kostete etwa 60 Yuan. Als ich zum Südbahnhof zurückkehrte, kontaktierte ich die schöne Taxifahrerin an der Rezeption. Es ist günstiger, ein Taxi nach Shapotou zu nehmen.

A friendly lady host who fetched us from Zhongwei South railway station to the entrance of the campsite for a fee, 60 yuan. The next day we paid her another 60 yuan transportation fee to our hotel in Zhongwei city. At the entrance, another 4WD vehicle fetched us to and from the campsite which is less than two minutes away from the main entrance. This campsite has about 107 camps, 20 or so wooden chalets and also 20+ VIPs private individual chalets. We booked a two-beds camp to experience the night stay in the desert. The camp was clean and met our expectations. The shared bathrooms & toilets were also clean. The only setback was the unstable flow of the hot water, and we have informed the host about it. Breakfast served was adequate.

Das unmittelbare Gebiet des Hotels, das einmal mit Geschäften und Restaurants gefüllt ist, ist nun hauptsächlich geschlossen und ist ziemlich weit verlassen. Das Hotel selbst bietet ziemlich erstklassige Zimmer mit guten Betten, Schleiftüchern, frische Handtüchern und einem ausgezeichneten Badezimmer mit heißer Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Ein besonderes Dank an die sehr freundliche und harte Hausbetreuung, die wirklich auf dieser Unterkunft steht. Die Empfangsmitglieder sind nicht zu freundlich, aber sie sind professionell und versuchen wirklich, die Anfragen des Gastes wie erwartet von einem Grundstück dieser Ebene zu erfüllen. Die Frau, die in der Pflicht war, als wir angemeldet waren, vermeidete Augenkontakt und weigerte sich, direkt mit mir zu sprechen, als ich mit einem Thema antwortete. Einer der Empfänger, der uns unser Zimmer gezeigt hat (unglücklicherweise kennen wir ihren Namen nicht), war in ihrer sehr freundlichen Haltung herausragend. Sie war sehr auf die Problemlösung achten. Sie sollte als herausragendste Mitarbeiterin des Hotels empfohlen werden, insbesondere bei der Behandlung ausländischer Gäste. Wenn die Lage aus der Stadt für Sie akzeptabel ist, wird das Zhongwei Shadu Hotel als ein anständiges viersternes Hotel empfohlen. Dieses Hotel ist wahrscheinlich für Gäste, die mit ihrem eigenen Auto ankommen, am besten geeignet. Empfehlung ☀️☀️☀️

My friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰
