Hotels in Xinyuan mit Parkplatz

Just arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views. After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways. Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly. The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine. The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard. I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic. In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains. I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time. The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere. You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。 was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits. There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness. They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time. Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you. Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs. Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality. 大盘鸡 dapanji， also known as big plate chicken, love the potatoes that comes with it. The best potatoes ever! Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good. Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay. The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do. He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him. The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like many hotels, based on my experience, in China do. The only issue that I experienced with this hotel is the dryer in their laundry facility takes too long to dry clothes. It took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry in the dryer. I did laundry at night and it affected the time I went to bed. I did not expect this to be an issue. I expected my clothes to be dry within an hour, like many dryers are capable of doing. I did not get much sleep here because of this issue. I strongly suggest that the hotel gets dryers that dry clothes faster to improve the guest experience. I also recommend that they include English instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as well.

Wir wurden von Muki und Jalen begrüßt, die sowohl freundlich als auch hilfreich waren. Ich habe in IHG Hotels in verschiedenen Ländern geblieben und das Nalati Indigo ist ein neues Hotel mit einem großen Team. Muki hat uns ein schönes Balkonzimmer mit Blick auf die Berggebiete angeboten. Jalen hat uns mit unserem Gepäck wirklich sehr hilfreich gemacht, die Region zu erkunden. Danke beide! Wir hatten ein sehr guter Obstfleck in unserem Zimmer, hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Die Atmosphäre und die Dekoration des Zimmers erwähnten die Lebensstilen der Nalati-Tradition, wir mögen die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details. Das Essensteam bereitete uns das Frühstück für die beiden Nächte, die wir dort waren, und das Essen war lecker. Jalen und Muki halfen Ihnen, Tipps für die Grünlandfahrt zu geben. Das Hotel ist nur eine kurze Wanderung von dort, tolle Lage zu erkunden und zu wandeln.

省流:沒有住過這麼好的民宿 1乾淨乾淨乾淨！ 2餐廳早餐很好吃。如果你餓了？民宿裏面還可以點菜（川菜）我一看價格都傻眼了，居然是平價。在那拉提這個動不動都要38塊錢衹有一份麪的地方，他這兒可以點一份魚香肉絲什麼的。而且通過早餐就知道他們廚藝應該可以。 3. 前台服務態度超好，微信提前諮詢各類問題都耐心解答。 4. 地理位置優越，臨近主幹道卻十分安靜，門口停車位充足、停車便利。 5. 我是淡季入住 店家貼心免費升級房型，體驗感拉滿。非常感謝！！！！（我和對象還打了一會麻將 房間還能蒸桑拿）優點 缺點 1. 房間未配備一次性紙杯與煙灰缸，有吸煙需求的客人會十分不便、略顯尷尬。 2. 吹風機收納盒位置不夠醒目，找尋費時，建議增加提示貼紙。

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. As I require

Die Rezeption ist effizient und die Personal-Einstellung ist mäßig und geduldig, die geografische Lage ist bequem zu reisen, sehr gut zu Preisen, das nächste Mal wird Sie hier wählen, empfehlen!
