Man kann sagen, dass ich schon in so vielen Hotels übernachtet habe, Atour hat mich dieses Mal wirklich überrascht! Hotels der gleichen Kategorie können Ihnen 5🌟 geben! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig! Es hat riesige Fenster! Juhuu, das ist großartig! Hygiene: Sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sehr sauber und werden häufig ausgetauscht. Ich ging tagsüber raus und kam abends mit neuen Gesichtstüchern und Wasser zurück. Umgebung: Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, eine Waschküche, einen Bürobereich, ein Restaurant und eine Terrasse. Die Waschküche ist perfekt! Service: Der Service ist großartig. Beim Einchecken waren die Jungs und Mädchen an der Rezeption sehr geduldig und hatten eine gute Einstellung. Sie forderten uns auch auf, das Zimmer im Voraus zu überprüfen und uns eine Pause zu gönnen. Wir haben mitten in der Nacht die Wäsche gewaschen und es hat lange gedauert, sie zu trocknen Verantwortungsvoll und rücksichtsvoll und half mir, meine Kleidung zu trocknen und zu packen. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. Unser Aufenthalt im Crystal Hotel war durchweg positiv und hat uns in vielen Punkten wirklich begeistert. Beginnen wir mit dem Essen: Die Auswahl war reichhaltig, frisch und geschmacklich absolut überzeugend. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen – hier wurde mit Liebe gekocht, und man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass auf Qualität und Vielfalt geachtet wird. Besonders schön: Auch für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch war immer etwas Passendes dabei. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war erstklassig. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt, und man fühlte sich durchgehend gut betreut und willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight war unser Zimmer, das sehr modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Und dann die Dusche – einfach der Oberhammer! Geräumig, stylisch und mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck – genau das, was man sich nach einem langen Tag wünscht. Man merkt, dass hier auf Details geachtet wurde, sowohl bei der Ausstattung als auch beim Komfort. Alles in allem war das Crystal Hotel für uns eine hervorragende Wahl – super Essen, toller Service und ein Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Zuerst kümmerte sich Nicky um mich bei der Eincheckung und gab mir ein besonderes Geschenk und Erfahrung. Und Nicky ist wunderschön. Kimi war auch ein großes Mitarbeiter für mich während der Abreise. Frühstück bei Mövenpick Tsingtao war absolut lecker! Ich schätze vor allem, dass sie lokale Delikatesse, chinesisches Krebst mit Schalenfrüchten lieferten. Die Krebst war einfach lecker, vor allem, wenn die Kochen den frischsten Schalenfrüchten verwendeten, um den Sauce zu erstellen. 👍 Zudem stellt sich der von Ashley und Mia bereitgestellte außergewöhnliche Service wirklich heraus und verbessert die allgemeine Erfahrung. Ihr Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit sorgen dafür, dass jeder Gast sich wertvoll und gut betreut fühlt. Danke für den Erinnerungsfall meines Aufenthalts!

Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war sie warm, willkommen und sehr professionell. Ihre Haltung war wirklich freundlich und geduldig, was mich sofort als Gast bequem und geschätzt hat. Was mich am meisten beeindruckt war ihre freundliche Anbietung einer Komplimentarzimmer-Upgrade. Es war so eine angenehme Überraschung und wirklich machte meinen Aufenthalt noch wunderbarer. Das upgrade Zimmer war wunderbar, und ich schätze wirklich diese gedankevolle Geste. Sie zeigt ihre Entschlossenheit, die Gästezufriedenheit und ihr starkes Engagement für die Erbringung eines ausgezeichneten Services zu bekunden. Dieser Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, wurde aber vom Hotel kostenlos in ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick upgegradet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und der Balkon bot einen herrlichen Meerblick. Es war sauber und komfortabel, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, und der Hotelservice war sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotelambiente erinnerte an ein Märchenschloss, und das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und schmeckte hervorragend.

Die Lage ist großartig, weil wir in Laoshan Bezirk sein wollten. Es könnte nicht einfach sein, wenn die meisten Ihrer Pläne in touristischen Gebieten wie dem Tsingtao Brauerei Museum sind. Es gibt jedoch Metro (Untergrunds-Metro) die uns geholfen, dass, wenn wir uns in der Stadt ansehen wollten. Das Hotel ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Haiyou oder Haichuan Station in Line 2 entfernt. For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
