Erstens ist der Standort der Verkehr wirklich sehr bequem, sehr nahe der U-Bahn-Station, es ist sehr bequem, Wang Liu zu gehen und Attraktionen wie diese zu bequemen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und hygienisch, von der Halle bis zum Gästezimmer fühlt sich sehr klar. Die Betten sind komfortabel, schlafen bis zum Morgen und die Schlafqualität ist besonders gut.
Besonders müssen Sie die Rezeption nehmen, Li und Li Xiaolin, die Service-Einstellung ist super gut, sehr enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, von der Behandlung des Aufenthalts bis zur Antwort auf die Fragen sind sehr geduldig und es fühlt sich sehr warm an. Das nächste Mal, wenn Sie nach Nanchang kommen, werden Sie hier auch wählen, und es wird auch für Freunde empfohlen, die nach Nanchang kommen zu spielen

GGastnutzerIch hatte einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ehrlich gesagt konnte nicht mehr zufrieden sein. Was mich am meisten beeindruckt war das Personal Jede Person, mit der ich interagierte, war unglaublich freundlich, geduldig und ehrlich bereit, zu helfen. Sie halfen mir sogar, eine Parzelle zurückzugeben, die mir viel Mühe gerettet hat. Ungeachtet dessen, was ich brauchte, waren sie immer flexible und Lösungsorientiert, denken von der Perspektive des Gastes anstatt starr an die Regeln zu halten. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte oder Hilfe benötigt, könnte ich sie erreichen und sie würden ihr Bestes tun, um es zu lösen sogar spät in der Nacht oder frühen Morgenstunden. Dieses Maß an Engagement ist wirklich selten.
Das Hotel ist auch sehr intelligent und modern. Das Innenraumsystem kann von Xiaodu kontrolliert werden, das alles super bequem machte und einen schönen tech-savingy-Touch zum Aufenthalt hinzugefügt. Als ausländischer Gast schätzte ich wirklich, wie ausländischenfreundlich das Hotel ist der Eincheckungsprozess war reibungslos, professionell und ohne Probleme, was mich sehr begrüßt.
Die Lage ist ein weiterer großer Vorteil. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Hauptbereich, mit einer U-Bahnstation direkt über die Straße, so dass es extrem einfach, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Die Bahnstation ist auch nur etwa 10-minute Fuß entfernt, das ist perfekt für Reisende. Alles war erreichbar und bequem.
Insgesamt überstieg dieses Hotel meine Erwartungen in allen Aspekten Service, Komfort, Technologie und Lage. Ich fühlte mich gut betreut während meines Aufenthalts. Wenn ich wieder nach Nanchang komme, werde ich sicher wählen, hier wieder zu bleiben, ohne zu zögern. Sehr empfohlen!

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat das Zimmer kostenlos aufgewertet, was sehr rücksichtsvoll ist. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, es gibt viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, der Frühstücksraum ist zusammen mit der Wäscherei, Waschen und Trocknen sind kostenlos, das Frühstück ist auch lecker, lecker!

Die Abendessen waren von hoher Qualität, das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend und es gab sogar Waschbecken für Langstreckengäste. Schließlich gab es Flughafenshuttleservice. Beide meine Freunde wurden auf Suiten upgraded. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde sicherlich wieder kommen oder andere Hotels in der gleichen Gruppe buchen, wenn ich die Chance hatte.

Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. Do take note that the hotel is located in the alley and taxi couldn't stop you directly Infront the hotel, but just a short 30sec walk outside. We love the hotel so much that we got a better room and extended our stay. Highly recommend!
