Staying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Die Haushälterin kontaktierte mich im Voraus, reservierte ein Zimmer entsprechend meiner Anfrage, bereitete die Kinderutensilien vor, fragte, ob ich den Berg Emei besteigen wollte, und erinnerte mich daran, dass das Frühstück außerhalb des Zeitplans lag. Auch der Zimmerservice, den ich nach dem Einchecken angefordert hatte, kam sehr gut schnell und der Service war sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es ist nicht zu voll, wenn man in den Ferien essen geht. Der Kaffee ist unbegrenzt und es werden sogar Tassen zum Mitnehmen bereitgestellt, was sehr zufriedenstellend ist.

This review is extremely late. Apologies to the incredible staff. STAFF APPRECIATION: I was cared for this time by Xiao-Ya, Xiao-Li, the driver Master Bao and Ms. Xu in the restaurant. Due to the nature of my work, when I travel it is always late at night. Even though it was after 9pm when I arrived, I was still picked up at the railway station and taken safely to the hotel. Not only was I kindly received when I arrived, but my room had also been upgraded for free to the Cloud Room. The next day I started out early in order to see as much of the area as I could. I had many questions about where to go, how to get there, and how to purchase tickets and the staff answered them promptly and completely even including screenshots and step-by-step directions. They also offered transportation to and from one of the sites and helped me at the ticket office. I cannot stress how kind, warm, professional, and patient everyone was with me especially with my limited Chinese and I appreciate it so, so much. HOTEL REVIEW: Quite by happy coincidence, this is the second Solo Wandering Hotel I have stayed at and I will now actively seek them out when I travel. They are the whole package and given the price and the many hotel options, that is something I seek out. However, the Wandering franchise truly takes it to another level. From the staff to the location to the rooms, everything has the feel of restful retreat with every need catered to. As with the last location, this hotel is also super conveniently located: just steps or a quick golf cart ride away from the major attractions I’d come to see such as the Great Buddha and temples and the cruise ship. The views are indescribable, the location quiet and serene a welcome respite from city light and noise pollution. On my arrival I was greeted with warm milk and snacks before bed. The minibar was among the best stocked I have ever seen. They also sold wine, which I treated myself to as well, given it has been difficult for me to find that particular brand and type of wine where I live. After returning home, I wish I’d purchased more! The room truly gave one the feeling of walking and sleeping amongst the clouds, like something out of a costume drama. Unfortunately, I came late and was unable to use the outdoor pool. Maybe next time!! The only drawback was that there were a few bugs inside, but that comes with being right in the middle of nature and having the doors and windows open. I was advised to keep them closed for this reason and insect repellant was also offered. I slept quite well and had no insect bites when I left. ^_^ Quite possibly my favorite part of my stay was the dining. I am a foodie and definitely judge a place by what they offer and how it appeals to my senses. Teatime here is a MUST if you have the time. I indulged after walking around all day and before checking out and departing for home (I was graciously offered an extended checkout when I was late returning from one tour). It was the perfect afternoon refresher. The appearance, scent, flavor, taste, and temperature were all perfect. I was alone and couldn’t finish everything and it really felt like such a waste. After check-out, I received a gift bag with tasty local snacks. TLDR; Staff goes above and beyond regardless of the hour. They are a great resource for information about the local sites. The location is quiet, picturesque, and conveniently located. The amenities are top of their class. 10/10 recommend.

Eine glatte 10/10! Ich entdeckte diesen bezaubernden Innenhof im Sichuan-Stil am Fuße des Emei-Berges und er war definitiv die größte Überraschung meiner Reise. Der Innenhof war wunderschön mit Granatapfel- und Kreppmyrtenbäumen geschmückt. An klaren Tagen konnte man von dort aus den Goldenen Gipfel sehen – perfekt zum Fotografieren. Es war ruhig und friedlich, überhaupt nicht laut. Der Butlerservice war exzellent. Die Mitarbeiter halfen uns bei der Ankunft mit dem Gepäck, erklärten uns proaktiv die Sehenswürdigkeiten am Emei-Berg und kümmerten sich umgehend um alle unsere Wünsche. Sie waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei übertrieben förmlich zu wirken. Die Betten waren erstklassig und die Sauberkeit makellos. Das Frühstück war authentische Hausmannskost mit einer großen Auswahl.

Sehr schönes Hotel zu bleiben bei, wenn Sie emeishan besuchen. Es ist sehr nah an das touristische Zentrum, um auf den Bus bis zur Leidongping Station zu springen. Es ist auch nah an vielen Restaurants und dem Emeishan Bahnhof. Das Front Desk Personal ist äußerst hilfreich und freundlich. Sie halfen mir, meine Route zu planen und Zeit, um sicherzustellen, dass ich meinen Zug in der Zeit fangen. Sie halfen mir die App zu navigieren, um die Tickets für den Eingang, Bus, und Kabelwagen zu kaufen. Sie können die Lieferung von Nahrungsmitteln an Ihr Hotelzimmer bestellen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und füllen. Es gibt eine Heißtube, Parkplatz, Hinterhof hängen, Waschraum, kostenlose Eiscreme, Gepäckspeicherung, etc. auch.

Der Haushälter Xiao Xu hat uns sehr gut bedient. Er hat uns viele lokale Spezialitäten vorgestellt und war immer da, um uns herzlich zu bedienen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das private Bad wurde vor der Benutzung desinfiziert, daher war es sehr beruhigend, die Kinder hierher zu bringen. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem kostenlosen Rotwein und Nachmittagstee. Die ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden!

Die Wahl dieses Hotels für eine Reise zum Emei-Berg war eine wirklich kluge Entscheidung! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Nähe des malerischen Gebiets, was die Anreise unglaublich bequem macht. Sie müssen nicht zu viel Zeit mit der Anreise verschwenden und können vor Ihrer Wanderung etwas länger schlafen, um neue Kraft zu tanken. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem viele lokale Restaurants, ideal, um lokale Spezialitäten zu genießen. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist einfach atemberaubend! Die warme und einladende Atmosphäre wird Ihnen sofort beim Betreten der Lobby bewusst. Auch das Zimmer selbst ist sehr gemütlich, und eine erholsame Nachtruhe lässt die Müdigkeit des Aufstiegs vollständig verschwinden.

This hotel is absolutely great. The price, the location and the room. I work in tourism industry so the room is absolute 3 star. And the price is very much reasonable. Only 2km to Le Shan Giant buddha, making the location is great. Food is around. They upgraded my room to bigger room and food is 3 times per day. I saw some complain abt the food in trip.com and I find it is ridiculous. If you want better food, go and pay urself. They offer food for free 3 meals per day for everyone, so dont expect it to be 5 star when you not pay anything. Normally, with the price I pay, this is far expected. Good time, chill, calm with the buddha. Amitofo. 5 star and definitely gonna be back

Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
