Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

Ausstattung: Ein sehr neues Hotel mit intelligenter Badezimmerausstattung. Wenn der Toilettendeckel geöffnet wird, öffnet und schließt er sich automatisch. Das beheizte Sitzkissen ist perfekt . Ich habe nicht genügend Ladekabel mitgebracht, dieses Detail ist auch das erste Mal, dass ich diesen Service in einem inländischen Hotel gesehen habe. Sauberkeit: Wir wohnen im dritten Stock, der relativ sauber ist. An dem Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzen. Umgebung: Dahinter befindet sich der Villenbereich, der einem High-End-Club in der Gemeinde ähnelt. Man sieht, dass bei der Dekoration nicht viel Wert darauf gelegt wurde Bar im fünften Stock. Ich habe mir den kleinen Garten im dritten Stock angesehen. Ich schlage vor, dass das Hotel das nächste Mal die Tür öffnet. Es wäre schön, ein Café zu haben . Service: Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und ergreift die Initiative, um Kunden zu begrüßen, Türen zu öffnen und Gepäck abzuholen. Man sieht, dass sie nach hohen Standards arbeiten.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Der Raum ist sehr groß. Es gibt auch einen Waschmaschine, der kostenlos verwendet werden kann, und es gibt auch intimes Waschpulver. Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß und es gibt auch Ladegeräte. Sehr zufrieden

I traveled to participate in the triathlon and stayed at a hotel that was ideally located next to the lake. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with the restaurant staff was frustrating. On the first day, I arrived for lunch and was refused service because they claimed it was ”too late”—yet they proceeded to seat and serve other customers who arrived after me. The following morning at breakfast, the staff approached me multiple times to remind me of the 10 AM cutoff, even though they didn’t give the same reminders to other guests. I’m unsure whether this was due to me being a Westerner or because my Mandarin isn’t fluent, but both dining experiences left me feeling singled out and disappointed.

這個酒店最好的地方就是地理位置優越，馬路對面就是商圈和琴湖公園。然後房間的水龍頭和洗澡都水量很大，很舒服。早飯算不錯的，麪條很好吃。但是也有點問題，就是隔音太差了，旁邊房間的水龍頭的水聲音巨響，都聽得一清二楚。還有智能馬桶的藍光在晚上看起來非常亮，有點影響睡眠。我們房間的智能紗窗壞了，紗窗也開不了。

Ein Blick auf die Einrichtung zeigt deutlich, dass es sich um ein altes Hotel handelt. Die Hygiene des Zimmers und die Gesamtumgebung des Hotels sind recht gut. Ein Stern wurde vom Service abgezogen, da ich trotz Eincheckens und Registrierens meines Nummernschilds beim Ausfahren immer noch belastet wurde. An regnerischen Tagen musste ich erneut zur Rezeption gehen, um mich zu koordinieren. Den einen Stern Abzug für die Ausstattung gibt es vor allem deshalb, weil die Ausstattung etwas veraltet ist und die Funktionen noch normal sind, jetzt aber etwas schlechter aussehen.

Das Hotel ist hinter dem häufig bekannten und sehr berühmten Gerichtsmarkt versteckt. Der chinesische Stil ist ein Schatzhotel für die Menschen, die den chinesischen Stil mögen. Das Hotel ist im Inneren des Innenhofs, der kleine Brücke fließt. Die Gäste tragen eine große Aussicht auf ein Foto. Die hygienische und moderne Einrichtungen im Gästezimmer sind auch sehr komplett. Der Schlüssel ist, dass der enthusiastische Service der kleinen Schwester des Kellners sehr warm ist und ich fühle mich als Hausbesitzer. Das nächste Mal wird ich hier oft mal herkommen.

Das Frühstück ist sehr zufrieden, es gibt so viele Sorten, die man essen kann. Das Frühstücksrestaurant begann um sieben Uhr morgens zu arbeiten. Es ist sehr freundlich für die Leute, die früh auf den Weg gehen wollen. Die Gaststätten im Restaurant sind sehr enthusiastisch. Der Gesichtsmaster scheint sehr jung und schön. Es ist merkwürdig, dass ich später nach der Frage wusste, dass der Chef der Geschäfte auch beim Restaurant gekommen war, um zu helfen, und ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das Geschäft so gut wäre.

Reception was extremely helpful. Super on point assistance and I can say i am well taken care of. The location is impressive and a lot of great effort is put to the place to make it nice. Breakfast choice was a bit limited since they made the sets accordingly. But it was decent. Room is amazing, clean and neat. Location is near to the tourist area around too. All within range about 1km ish. Was a good walk and safe at night too.

It was a great Hotel some years ago, now even the building and the room are still acceptable, service as breakfast are lower level than before. But location is good near a big mall ( INCITY) where you can eat well,near city center. I still book there, good for Travellers not particular picky.
