We booked 2 rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Bedding comfortable. Breakfast was advertised to be from 7am-10am, we arrived at 9:10, but many dishes were not replenished and dishes were left empty. Hotel shower glass door and toiler door are not frosted so making sharing of bathroom amenities awkward. Hotel still uses very very small bottles of body cleanser and shampoo; it is better for guests if hotel supplies big bottles of these and installed in shower cubicle.

This hotel more than exceeded my expectations! If you visit Sayram lake then ai highly recommend staying here. Room: spotless and comfortable, we were upgraded to the top floor with a lake view Breakfast: superb with lots of variety Staff: very welcoming and friendly Amenities: free afternoon tea, free evening snacks, viewing platform on the roof and washers/dryers (which we took advantage of) Honestly for the price point… it’s better than most large chain hotels!

This hotel offers a truly remarkable experience. The room boasts an absolutely stunning view of the night sky, filled with countless stars. We were incredibly impressed by the warm and attentive hospitality we received throughout our stay. Furthermore, the room was exceptionally well-equipped, providing every comfort imaginable. We highly recommend this establishment for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

Good location, slightly further than other hotels from the Sayram Lake area but it's only a short drive. Hotel staff was really nice and gave us free breakfast. They kept our passports for a really long time during check in for registration purposes. The hotel room decor was nice and room is spacious. The shower water was very hard to control, either too hot or too cold and the temperature keeps fluctuating. There is no air-conditioning, and the window faces the road, so we kept getting woken up by road noises. We were taking a nap in the late morning but the hotel did some renovation right under our window and we couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Das Zimmer ist immer noch gut, die Gestaltung ist sehr warm. Es ist auch bequem zu essen umgeben. Sehr nahe am Seilibo Lake. Ich werde am Morgen den Seilibo Lake mit der Sonne in Goldberg sehen. Am 09.00 Uhr ist es raus. Keiner ist auf dem Tisch. Keine Leitung ist zu unkomfortabel. Es ist gut, dass wir einen guten Chef haben, um die Erwachsenen zu helfen. Das Hotel wurde auf der Autofahrt ausgewählt, über die Erwartungen hinaus. Während der heißen Empfang des Rezeptors ist es enthusiastisch und schnell, um die Verfahren zu behandeln. Das Gästezimmer ist sehr tief geschnitten, der Raum ist sauber und das Aufenthaltsverhältnis ist sehr entspannt. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist ruhig und geeignet für die Reise. Wenn Sie die Frage rechtzeitig beantworten, können Sie die Bemühungen des Personals fühlen. Das allgemeine Gefühl der Erfahrung ist sehr gut. Had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. The view was stunning, especially with the huge window that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery day and night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a big living hall that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Gute lokale, nicht weit vom touristischen Servicezentrum und umgeben von vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Von dem Zimmer können wir den See aus den Fenstern sehen. Mein Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich.
