這次出差入住體驗滿分，酒店地理位置絕佳，臨近商圈和地鐵站，通勤十分便利。前台接待專業高效，幾分鐘就辦好入住，全程禮貌貼心。客房打掃得一塵不染，桌面、衞浴邊角都沒有灰塵，乾濕分離設計很實用。床墊軟硬適中，隔音很好，晚上休息完全不受打擾，書桌寬敞適合辦公，備品補給及時。公共區域乾淨整潔，整體性價比很高，後續出差會長期預訂。

Sie haben unsere Passe für eine wirklich lange Zeit bei der Anmeldung beibehalten. Das Hotelzimmer war schön und das Zimmer ist geräumig. Das Duschewasser war sehr schwer zu kontrollieren, entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt und die Temperatur hält sich weiterhin. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, und das Fenster steht vor der Straße, so wir halten uns durch Straßenlärm aufwachen. Wir nahmen am späten Morgen ein Nappchen, aber das Hotel hat gerade unter unserem Fenster eine Renovierung gemacht und wir konnten überhaupt nicht schlafen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich und warm. Die Lage auf der Reisekarte war nicht so genau wie sie ihre Lage aufgrund der neuen Regierungsregeln zu ändern. Auch wenn die Lage nicht direkt neben dem See war, hatten wir immer noch eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Sie können immer noch die Sicht auf den See während des Sonnenaufgangs und des Sonnenunterganges sehen. Auch hatten wir die besten Skikers und Pilaf Reis am Hof. Wichtigstens sind die Bettwäsche und -blätter sauber. Es wird sehr empfohlen, wenn Sie eine gemütliche Hof-Aufenthaltserfahrung mit schönem Blick erleben möchten.

Das Zimmer ist immer noch gut, die Gestaltung ist sehr warm. Es ist auch bequem zu essen umgeben. Sehr nahe am Seilibo Lake. Ich werde am Morgen den Seilibo Lake mit der Sonne in Goldberg sehen. Am 09.00 Uhr ist es raus. Keiner ist auf dem Tisch. Keine Leitung ist zu unkomfortabel. Es ist gut, dass wir einen guten Chef haben, um die Erwachsenen zu helfen. The yurts were of big size, able to accommodate six people in one. They are traditionally decorated. Bedding is provided. During the night, it can get cold, but the coal stove really helped, although it did look a bit unsteady. Hot water for tea/coffee is available. The people were friendly. They picked us up from the North Gate. We enjoyed chatting with them, learning about their culture, and playing cards. They can provide meals at an additional price. However, breakfast is included. Improvements should be made to the toilet facilties by adding a permanent outer frame structure to the drop toilet for privacy.

Had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. The view was stunning, especially with the huge window that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery day and night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a big living hall that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

氈房裡有暖爐，晚上一點都不冷，旱廁乾淨無異味，完全不影響體驗！推開門就是賽里木湖，躺在床上都能看湖景，太絕了。 環境：滿滿的哈薩克民族風情，氈房收拾得乾乾淨淨，晚上抬頭就是銀河星空，早上被日出和湖邊吃草的牛羊叫醒，這種體驗在城市裡根本找不到。 服務：老闆人超熱情，提前幫我們規劃路線，還幫拿行李，親手做的手抓飯和奶茶太正宗了，家人都讚不絕口，下次來賽里木湖還住這兒！

We had a difficult situation during our stay near Sayram Lake because our payment apps and bank transfer were not working, and we did not have enough cash for transport back to the railway station. Mr. Song was very kind and patient with us. He helped call several drivers and tried his best to find someone who could accept the amount of cash we had. Even with the language barrier, his kindness made us feel safe and cared for. I have travelled to many places in China, and experiences like this are why I always say Chinese people are very kind and Mr. Song is one of them. If this was my first and last journey to Sayram Lake, I will still remember their kindness forever. Thank you so much for helping us during a difficult moment. 😊
