The lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable. Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!) Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents. Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming. We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft von Wohnungstyp, zentral gelegen auf der Hauptstraße und dem Fischhafen mit Moai. Die Gäste waren super hilfreich bei Buchungstouren und Flughafentransfers. Der einzige Nachteil war eine geringe Seitenschallfestigkeit, so planen Sie nichts Lärms (Smirk).

Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!

Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Gebiet, das Auto wird von den Türen bewahrt und verantwortlich gemacht, das Auto ist sehr sicher im kleinen Gebiet. Es gibt ein Restaurant im kleinen Gebiet und das Abendessen ist gut. Mehr als 4 Uhr morgens verlassen Sie das Hotel und die Rezeption ist noch bereit für das Frühstücksbeutel. Der Service ist gut.

Hôtel au calme avec de très beaux aménagements extérieurs et intérieurs. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très spacieuses, bien décorées et très bien équipées (avec notamment la climatisation). Chaque chambre a une vue dégagée sur le jardin aménagé et l'isolation phonique est bonne. L'hôtel dispose de 5 piscines (dont une grande), un peu vétustes mais restant très agréables après une journée dans le désert. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'emplacement est excentré mais l'hôtel propose un service gratuit de navettes très pratique avec une conductrice très sympathique. Seul bémol : le personnel à la réception a été peu conciliant et accueillant (nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance sur l'heure du check in et avons dû attendre pendant plus d'une heure, l'heure officielle du check in (15h) sans que personne ne nous prévienne de la disponibilité de notre chambre).

Homely lodging. We picked this place for its quietness. It can be a little out of the way, but as we drive it wasnt a problem.shuttle service to town is provided at intervals. Service was sub-par as there were some gaps in what i would consider as being hospitable. There's a small pool and hammock to lounge around, if the weather is right. What light up my day was the dogs/cats staying there. Good place for animal lovers. :)

Das Hotel (Popular) ist sehr nahe der Fußgängerstraße in der Stadt und ist 100 m bequem. Es ist ein großer Vorteil. Es gibt Bäume und Blumen im Garten, es gibt keine Stimmung. Und das Hotel bietet einen Schlepperfahrer, einen Kühlschrank usw. bequem Frühstück. Obwohl mein Zimmer am Kreuzgang außerhalb des Hotels liegt, kann ich mich anpassen. Das Problem ist, dass die Wärmewasserspeicher im Zimmer ein Problem ist. Der Kontakt mit schlechten Stromausfällen ist häufig unterbrochen. Sie haben Ihre eigene Badzeit innerhalb von drei Minuten kontrolliert, aber eine Wäsche muss mehrere Male unterbrochen werden. Der Druck ist sehr hoch, schließlich ist es ein Hochgeschwindigkeitszug, kann nicht mit Schlamm geschlossen werden. Wifi ist auch ein Problem, langsam und schwach, sehr unkomfortabel.

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit einfachen Unterkünften . Dusche 🚿 sehr gut und mit heißem Wasser . Einziges Problem sind die vielen feinen Wände . Das macht es zu hören Geräusche von Nachbarn . Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sehr gut auf.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants. Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
