JJamesDas Hotelzimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert und die Größe war für eine Familie mit einem Kind ziemlich komfortabel. Frühstück wurde im Preis enthalten, macht es einen großen Wert. Die einzige Seite war, dass mein Zimmer die Straße angestellt hatte, so war es nicht so ruhig wie ich es gewünscht hatte, obwohl der Vordertisch erwähnte, dass die Straße in der Regel ruhig in der Nacht ist.

GGastnutzerHotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was.
There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

GGastnutzerThe check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat.
The staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

GGuest UserExcellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

LLIANEs ist die Schlange des College, neu gebaut. Dieses Apartment hat vier Schlafzimmer, wir haben zwei benutzt, und zwei andere sind nicht geschlossen. Das Hall ist sehr groß und die Einrichtungen sind praktisch. Das Frühstück ist gut, ich habe viele 😀 gegessen.

We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification.
But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money.
I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know.
When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge.
Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip.
I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

GGuest UserGute Einrichtungen, Zimmer war ein wenig von einem Spaziergang vom Lobby entfernt. Nicht die größte Aussicht vom Zimmer, sondern das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war komfortabel und ruhig. Der Pool wurde gut gepflegt und hatte ein einzigartiges Arcade-Zimmer. Leider hat es meine Viertel gegessen...
Ich werde hier nochmal bleiben!

GGastnutzergood for the price. I appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave although I didn't use them. I often do when I go away. Location is good. Breakfast was better than some places I have been. Staff were friendly.

GGastnutzerI took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated
