Wir genossen unsere eine Nacht in einem sauberen, komfortablen Zimmer und super freundliches Personal.

Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Fairfield Hotel! Der Highlight für mich war die atemberaubende Bergblick aus meinem Zimmer absolut erstaunlich. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und sauber, mit allen Einrichtungen, die Sie beantragen konnten. Die Lage war perfekt für die Erforschung des Gebiets, und das Frühstücksangebot war ein toller Weg zum Beginn des Tages. Sicherlich ein Ort, auf den ich zurückkehren würde, vor allem für diese erstaunliche Bergblick!

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Von den drei Nationalparks Banff, Jasper und Yoho ist Yoho weniger bekannt, aber die Natural Bridge, der Emerald Lake und die Takakau Falls sind definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ein Aufenthalt in Golden ist eine gute Wahl. Erstens ist der Preis angemessen; zweitens sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu erreichen; und drittens können Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Sie am ersten Tag verpasst haben, am nächsten Tag auf Ihrer Rückreise nachholen. Hotels mit Frühstück sind deutlich günstiger als solche in Lake Louise und Banff. Das Hotel hat eine gewisse Geschichte, ist aber sauber und sehr ruhig.

The hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week. Checked in quickly. Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options. It has a pool which is nice. Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.

What a wonderful unique experience. The setting around the lake was beautiful. We appreciated that all rooms face the lake. We enjoyed the amenities, the restaurant and Games area. We would recommend that everyone take the time to tour Ghost Town....sharing the history of the area. It was incredible....loved the train museum! Had a great stay!

There was no elevator, but only 2 short sets of stairs. Was not a problem. Room was good, although don’t understand why there aren’t rooms available at solo travellers prices. No safe.Hot tub had  sand in the bottom . No towels one time. Pool area clean though. Breakfast was good, ran out of a few items and had to ask for them. Good selection of tea, although no Red Rose. Coffee was awesome. Wondering if a smoking tower could be out by picnic tables. Such a nice spot to sit. Instead of smoking out front  at the entrance.

Das Parken ist sehr praktisch, Sie können direkt vor dem Zimmer parken und es ist sehr praktisch, Dinge herauszuholen.

Although this is a hotel under the Travelodge brand, it turns out to be more like a basic motel. The actual condition is quite different from the photos shown. First of all, the room facilities are outdated. The lighting is inconsistent, with both warm and cool tones due to mismatched light bulbs. The window-type air conditioner produces a lot of noise. The TV couldn’t receive any signal, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Only about a quarter of the showerhead was functioning properly, and the fridge did not have a freezer compartment. The breakfast is just better than nothing. The only positive aspect was the friendly attitude of the front desk staff. Overall, considering the price, it was not worth the value.
