"The Feathers is well located in the centre of Ludlow and is an old building that is full of charm. However, this also means that it is a bit of a rabbit warren inside, making it challenging to find your way around the long, branching corridors - a definite nightmare in event of a fire. The carpark was full when we arrived, despite it being much larger than I expected, but there was a council carpark behind the hotel and only a short walk away, which was free from 6pm to 8am, which is very convenient. Our bed was large, clean and comfortable and the room was well resourced: tea and coffee making facilities with a wide range of teas and milks; complimentary canned water in the mini fridge; iron and ironing board; plenty of sockets including USB, at the bedside and a variety of products in the bathroom, though no toothpaste which was the one thing we'd forgotten to pack! One of the spoons was dirty, hence only 4 stars for cleanliness. The guest wifi was strong and easy to access. We didn't have time to use the reception areas downstairs, but they looked beautifully presented and were full of character, offering a very attractive space to have a drink or meal. Staff at reception were pleasant and professional."

"Ich blieb im Hotel, um in der Nähe eines Ortes zu sein, den ich am nächsten Tag benötigt habe. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe einem Co op Supermarkt und Tankstelle. Es gibt ein pub Restaurant neben der Tür der Squrriel, das Geschmackkarte verwendet. Wenn Sie planen, dort zu essen, machen Sie eine Buchung und essen frühzeitig. Die Stadt ist nahe, aber es wäre ein wenig zu Fuß und ich habe keine Bushalte für lokale Verkehrsverbindungen gesehen. Die Stadt Ludlow ist nur wenige Minuten und kostenfreie Parkplätze nach 6 Uhr hinter dem Stadtplatz verfügbar. Noch einmal könnte es eine gute Idee sein, einen Tisch zu buchen, wenn Sie essen brauchen. Dies ist eine gute Reisewohnung zu bleiben."

"Das ist ein schöner Ort, wir blieben im „Wohnung“, das mehr als ein annehmbares Gebäude war und es hatte zwei Zimmer, von denen wir ein besetzten. Das Zimmer war gut, wir genossen Frühstück im Essensraum und das Frühstücksmenü hatte auch eine Menge Wahl, die war großartig. Es gab Optionen für ein komplettes englisches Frühstück, aber auch Optionen für Getreide und Obst usw. Wir haben uns entschieden, ein Abendessen im Hotel zu versuchen und wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Das Essen war ausgezeichnete Qualität und sehr genießbar. Das Hotel ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang ins Zentrum, sehr nahe dem Schloss, das einen Besuch wert ist und Sie können das Schloss von der Straße sehen, die Sie von dem Hotel zur Stadt gehen."
