Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

We had a wonderful stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It will beautifully decorated, clean, new and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Plus we got upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. Next door is Au Petite Bar...we met some locals there that we really enjoyed speaking to. It was an added bonus to our stay that we stumbled upon this gem. We will be back!

Das Zimmer ist etwas alt. Ich muss mir beim Aufenthalt sagen, dass ich mehr Geld brauchen, um die Trip.com zu sehen, aber viele Internet-Befragte sagen, dass Sie sehen können, nachdem die E-Mail-Beschwerden Trip.com gemeldet wurden, ging Trip.com zum Hotel. Ich hatte mein Zimmer für einen Eiffelturmblick aufgebaut , es ist es wert . Das Personal ist sehr schön und Zimmerservice auch .

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt nicht sonderlich beeindruckt. Sehr gute Lage gleich beim Platz Vendôme in einer sehr kleinen, ruhigen Gasse. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war schön, frisch renoviert, kleiner Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Baumwipfel der Tuilerien. Unkomfortables und kaltes Badezimmer, WLAN hat im Zimmer so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption hat ergeben, daß das Hotel vielleicht den Provider wechseln wird, - sehr unprofessionelle Antwort. Bei der Ankunft und noch nächsten Tag hat der Lift nicht funktioniert. Das Personal der Rezeption war insgesamt reichlich unfreundlich.

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

My wife and I had a wonderful 8-night stay at Hotel Brighton. We learned of the great hotel from Frommers’ Travel Guide - listed the hotel as one of the best in Paris with “the best view”. The hotel, all the wonderful staff and the “junior suite” did not disappoint! ALL the staff are SO hospitable and helpful! The great hotel is beautiful! The hotel and our fairly roomy suite overlooked Paris’ largest and oldest (and wonderful, beautiful !) park - Jardin des Tuileries. The room view included the magnificent Louvre Museum to the left, the gardens in the center, and the Eiffel Tower to the right. The Seine River and so many old historical sites ,museums and wonderful restaurants are just a short walk from the hotel. One of the wonderful hotel staff – “ Giorgio – told us about a great restaurant on the other side of the Seine - in a picturesque cobblestone ally by a great old church that served such GREAT beef bourguignon. he hotel room was SO nice, with wonderful top-notch bedding, and bathrobes, etc. Each day great staff made sure the room was kept clean and the mini-fridge filled with bottled water, and the room with small snacks. We also invested in the daily hotel breakfast package. What a spread with such great service! Tasty and freshly prepared eggs, bacon, crepes, fruit, wonderful rich coffee, juices and teas, etc. etc. Each afternoon, in the beautiful hotel lobby area, staff offer delicious wonderful cold liquids and slices of cake/pastries) for all patrons. Such a wonderful hotel touch when taking a break from the wonderful sightseeing. The hotel is also a half block from a Metro Station, making travel and sightseeing all around Paris so convenient and inexpensive. Hotel staff were all so helpful with advice on Metro trains and stations. The whole area around the hotel is so clean and beautiful, with so many nice and very helpful locals. The whole area was peaceful and quite. Again we cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel and the all the staff. They were such a major reason our Paris trip was so successful. We are very thankful and cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you for reaching out and seeking our opinions on your hotel and staff. They are WONDERFUL! The continuously GREAT hotel and service made us wonder how one hotel could attract and maintain such wonderful, smart, hospitable and ALWAYS HELPFUL staff. As Manager you’ve so much to be proud of! Das Hotel ist nicht groß, die Lage ist sehr gut, kommen Sie nach einem langen Spaziergang zurück und machen Sie ein paar Schritte zum Louvre. Die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es gibt Restaurants rund um das Hotel, jeden Geschmack, Einkaufszentren und alle Arten von großen Namen. Das Hotel ist ruhig, sauber und ordentlich und der Service ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer.

Ich bin immer in diesem Bereich von Paris, aber das war mein erstes Mal in diesem Hotel. Es wurde renoviert. Die Zimmer sind eine gute Größe (Ich hatte eine Classice) und die Wanderduschen sind gut konzipiert und geräumig. Es gab viele Coathanger in der guten Größen-Kupplung, viele Lagerraum. Die komplimentäre tägliche Minibar war eine angenehme Überraschung. Die Person, die mich ins Haus geprüft hat, war sehr hilfreich und hatte mein Zimmer vor dem 3. Uhr-Check in rechtzeitig bereit. Ich würde hier sicher wieder bleiben.
