Ich habe mich freuen, im Stand eines vier-Sterne-Steuers zu schmecken, und habe mich die drei Sternen, die ich üblich nebenan habe, bedauert. Was war nicht meine Enttäuschung ... So schon, der positive: - Personal! Die drei Empfangsmitglieder, die ich überquerte, waren sehr nett. Ich nehme vor allem die erste, die ich überquerte, als ich hier kam, die sehr effizient und freundlich war! - Die Aussicht auf die Dächer von Paris ist das, was ich suchte, also ein weiterer guter Punkt. - Das Hotel ist nicht sehr weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, ohne zu weit vom U-Bahnhof entfernt. Im Zimmer dagegen habe ich schnell entledigt: - die Höhe des Bettes war entledigt (Ich habe es auf der Rezeption zurückgefahren). - Die Moschee ist ... Multifarben, obwohl sie in einer Zeit sicherlich monofarbig war. - Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehs (die auch in der Nacht ziemlich laut war) hatte keine Schmerzen und verdient ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit, Hygiene. Bezüglich des Badezimmers - Die Waschmaschine war gebrochen und hat Leben. - Holz ist durch Feuchtigkeit erschöpft und gebrochen. - Eine Anwendung fehlt an der Dusche. - Der Radiator ist gelb im Laufe der Zeit. Keine Anzeige ”keine Störung” auf meiner Verfügung (es ist eine erste) Am Morgen wurde ich von wenig diskreten Hausfrauen aufgewacht, die ihre Telefongespräche in den Lautsprecherkorridor laufen ... Kurz gesagt, kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel von einem anderen Hotel empfohlen bekommen, da unser Hotel w/fehlender Gäste kfr. Schließen musste. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und uns wurde sehr geholfen. Mit unseren Schulenglisch konnten wir uns verständigen, Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Klima, Kühlschrank, Safe und Fernseher. Es gab nicht auszusetzen. Sehr zu empfehlen. We had been recommended this hotel by another hotel because our hotel w / missing guests. Had to close. The greeting was warm and we were very helped. We were able to communicate with our school English, the breakfast was also excellent. We had a large room with air conditioning, refrigerator, safe and television. There was no fault. We recommend.

Dieses Hotel war großartig. Das Personal war super hilfreich und freundlich. Ich fragte viele Fragen und sie waren mehr als glücklich, zu helfen. Ich fühlte mich willkommen und sicher. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und werde sie sicher wieder verwenden. Wert für Geld und saubere Zimmer. Sehr hohe Standard und brillantes Personal danke.

It was an overnight stay when coming to Paris for the first time. It was important for me that the hotel was close to the center. I was completely satisfied with the location and conditions of the hotel. Pleasant interior, amenities, good and responsive staff. I can definitely recommend it to other potential overnighters who want to explore Paris.

El hotel queda en la parte sur de París, no tan cerca de la parte turística de la ciudad, pero está cerca de una estación de metro. Inicialmente, estábamos super preocupados por los comentarios de chinches en los cuartos, pero afortunadamente no paso nada de eso, pero se que a unos amigos que iban con nosotros, si tuvieron problemas con los chinches, parece que es algo de suerte. Los cuartos son algo pequeños: una cama, una barra para colgar chaquetas y una pequeña mesa con una silla y lucen algo antiguas las habitaciones. El agua caliente funciona bien. La calefacción no la usamos ya que no hacía tanto frío. Al baño le falta algo de limpieza, tenia mucho moho. El desayuno es buffet y es bastante bueno con diferentes opciones. El servicio del personal también fue muy bueno. Fueron muy amables. Solo un detalle para que tengan cuidado. Un día salimos todo el día y cuando regresamos, la puerta estaba entreabierta. Al parecer, la persona de la limpieza al salir, no cerró bien la puerta. Afortunadamente no se nos perdió nada, pero la verdad nos asustamos mucho.

The location is amazing! Everything you want from Paris and more. We booked the one bedroom flat and we stayed in the old building - to be honest really needs a new carpet! But the kitchen is great and very spacious. I would recommend if you are after a good base to move around. Staff was really nice when we needed them.

Sehr gut, es war sauber und die Leute respektierten den Lärm. Ich habe den Koffer mit einem Schloss dort gelassen und sie haben ihn nicht mitgenommen.

GWに二泊しました。モンパルナス駅もダンフェール・ロシュロー駅も歩いて13分くらいです。 モンパルナス駅発着の空港バスがなくなったので、ダンフェール・ロシュロー駅からRERで乗り換えなく空港に行くことができるのはとても便利です。 地下鉄はゲテ駅が8分くらいのところにあります。 大きな通りにあるホテルなので周りは明るく夜に歩いても怖さはありません。しかも夜は静かです。 モンパルナス駅近くのモノプリの食料品売り場が23:40まで開いているので便利です。 フロントの男性スタッフさんのお一人が日本語が上手でびっくりしました。おまけにとても親切でした。 朝食はバゲットとプチサイズのクロワッサンにパンオショコラにパンオレザンをバスケットに入れて出してくれます。バゲット美味しかったです。 ドリンクはコーヒーか紅茶かショコラを選びポットで出してもらえます。オレンジジュースもでてきます。 それからフィナンシェ、ヨーグルトとジャムとチーズが2,3種類棚においてあります。 朝食があんまりだったら外に食べに行こうかと思ったけれど十分でした。 円安もあって4年ぶりのパリのホテルはとても高く、どこに泊まるか悩んだけれど、ここを選んで正解でした。クラッシックなエレベーターはあるし、部屋は十分な広さです。部屋に冷蔵庫はないけれど値段から考えるととても良いホテルでした。

My flight got delayed, so I arrived late to the hostel around 2 AM on the night of March the 10th ”My reservation was from the 9th, so no problem” I seemed to wake up the receptionist who suddenly got busy on phone but had done the check in procedures, I reconfirmed it's a bottom bunk bed ”due to a medical condition, I can't climb” he said Yes Yes.. My room is on the 5th floor, I was fine and asked if there's a lift, he said Yes Yes ”basically was busy on phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying” I went up ”no lift btw but it was okay” to find the bed assigned is on top, and there was only one person in the room! I went down again asking if I can take the vacant bottom bed, then he got mad!! No you can't, wait for my colleague in the morning to see if he can move you. I asked if I can stay at the reception till then, but no it's closed... So I will just stay here in front of the Reception desk I replied. I affirmed I had my request delivered for a bottom bed, there was only one person in the room, so why can't I just get any?! He got very mad; started to call me crazy, and then shifted to the ”I don't speak English” and saying Me NO ME NO ME NO... He then approached very very close waiving threatening with his finger ”saying we are not discriminating you”!!! What? Who said discrimination?!! Then, I started to film his attitude with my cell phone right away as it was that close it gets physical.. He panicked when I started to film and called the police on me and asked me to go spend the night in the kitchen!!! Unluckily for him, I can understand French pretty well but I only speak English... He asked the police to come because I was making a fuss and a scandal. The police arrived like 30 mins later, while me shaking and waiting in front of the desk as he vanished when I started to film. Very Unluckily for him, the police was very supportive to me and they spoke English... When I told them the whole story; they asked him to return my money as long as they didn't adhere to my request for bottom bed, it's a medical condition but he was so rude to them as well saying, It's not his problem! He refused to refund saying tomorrow in the afternoon I come back to his colleagues be refunded. The police stayed with me till I booked another hotel for the night and THEY SAID IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PERSON but they can't file a case against him since it didn't get physical. While booking an alternative accommodation at 3 AM outside in the street, he called me in to give my money back!! This is a story I wanted to share, a story of lying, aggressive, and rude receptionist. Ah, and to the police; he stated that there's someone taking the bottom bed... While the key of the bottom bed was actually left on the check out tray!!! If you want ur days ruined and both yours physical and psychological health abused and tortured go to this place and deal with this man in particular. I dare their management

Ich war im Hotel am 18. Dezember/19. Januar über Neujahr für 5 Nächte mit meiner Freundin. Zunächst einmal sah es von außen sehr schön aus, wirklich alte Schule, authentisch aussehendes französisches Gebäude, sehr schön. Es hat eine gute Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Eiffelturm entfernt und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants, Cafés und Bars! Es gibt auch zwei U-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Geschäfte. Außerdem haben wir eine hervorragende Lage gefunden, wenn Sie gerne zu Fuß gehen. Wenn Sie ein begeisterter Wanderer sind, haben wir alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von maximal einer Stunde zu Fuß erreicht. Das Hauptproblem, das wir mit dem Hotel hatten, war wirklich die Größe des Zimmers, die Bilder auf der Website waren sehr täuschend - letztendlich war es kein großes Problem, da wir eigentlich nicht viel im Zimmer waren, aber wenn Sie irgendwo für 5 sind Tage gab es im Zimmer nur begrenzt Platz zum Entspannen und zur Aufbewahrung und das Badezimmer war SEHR klein. Aber das Zimmer war immer so sauber wie möglich, es ist sehr altmodisch und ich würde sagen, es braucht eine Auffrischung, aber trotzdem ein schöner Ort, freundliches Personal und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Aufzüge waren auch sehr veraltet und seien Sie vorsichtig, da Sie buchstäblich direkt aus den Aufzügen auf eine Wendeltreppe gehen, die nach ein oder zwei Sherberts manchmal etwas schwierig ist.
