超出意外的好，乾淨優雅，安靜舒適，黑白蕾絲的室內設計好喜歡，交通便利，位置極佳，離巴黎歌劇院，老佛爺步行8分鐘，去機場也非常方便。

住了兩晚，最後一晚竟然沒有熱水，酒店也沒有解決方案，所有的客人都要等，酒店沒有連個道歉都沒有，2000多一晚的房間，實在是不可思議，慎重選擇。

非常舒適與安全的環境，櫃臺以及餐廳服務人員很願意回答你的問題。

Das Hotel Chavanel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es befindet sich die Straße aufwärts ein Parkhaus, welches deutlich günstiger ist, wie auf der Straße zu parken. Auf der Straße haben wir 75€ für 24h bezahlt und im Parkhaus nur ca. 40€ - das ist für Großstädte völlig im Rahmen. Rundum das Hotel befinden sich kleine Cafes bzw. Restaurant, die sehr leckeres Essen/Trinken und gutes Essen anbieten. Die Zimmer sind nicht sonderlich spektakulär, sehr klein und technisch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Im Badezimmer gab es an einzelnen Stellen rundum das Fenster Schimmel, was vermutlich aus zu seltenem Lüften in der Vergangenheit resultiert. Zusammengefasst ist es für einen Kurztrip nach Paris völlig ausreichend.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was plentiful and well planned out, the bed was very comfortable, decent-sized bathroom with great amenities, and nice opening windows onto the street which provided a great atmosphere. Great location near the main shopping malls, and metro stations - great location - I've found my 'Paris' place to stay - will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent location. The first two days the elevator was not working, front desk staff kindly lifted our bags up to the room as we checked in.

Cute little hotel in a good location. Breakfast was nice. Room was tiny but cute and nicely decorated. Couldn't fault.

Cute hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are very hard and our room was too hot even with the windows open (in the winter they only have the heat on). Great location though!

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping and metro. Staff was helpful especially Nicki. No huge frills. We stayed in the top floor suite and it was nice! Overall very happy with the stay.

Cute hotel and very well placed for shoppers. Easy to access. The superior rooms are soooooo small. Two suitcases and we were lacking walking space. You can hear the metro every time it passes. Front desk somehow friendly… I’m not sure, they were helpful but no smiles at all. In service that’s impolite I would say. Anyway, don’t think I’d stay there again. Free wine bottle perk was a POP Pommery!

Great stay all around. Location is in the middle of everything. Hotel is upscale, clean and staff very helpful.
