Hotel Lena

We loved staying here! It's close to both Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est stations which made it easy to get around Paris. The room was beautiful and clean with a view of the street. They have optional turn over service everyday to make your beds, get fresh towels and toilet paper. The room was clean, had a lovely bathroom, kettle and AC but no fridge. It was also a little noisy at night being on Rue de Magenta but it wasn't too much of a bother. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around which is very convenient. The hotel also has optional breakfast and a lift which made getting baggage to your room easy. If you ask for help, staff will help with baggage and anything you need since it's 24h. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was great until the last minute we were about to check out. To be honest, I am hesitant to write this review yet I believe the Hotel could learn something and improve. We arrived hotel at about mid night and our room was pre-paid. During check in, since the room had been paid we only be asked the city tax which we paid with card. The Hotel is situated in a great location, very stragegic for public transportation, room was clean and quiet. Overall the room was really great value for money. Then the issue happened in the very morning when we were about to check out / chase our train. During check in unfortunately the staff miss booked 1 cent (0.01 euro) and we were asked to close the bill. We were cooperatively paying with 2 euro coin, then the staff give us 1.95 change without saying anything?? My wife counted it and asked them to return 1.99 to be exact. The staff was busy trying to find 4 cents and after 11 minutes they eventually gave the change completely. This kind of problem should not be happened in the first place. Our experience was all great and yet we left with not great memory about the hotel is very unfortunate. Hope this kind of issue could be discussed and the staff could handle it with more flexibility. It was the hotel who miss booked 1 cent and the customer was cooperatively cover the mistake.

Great to find this place when we arrived at about midnight. The area around wasn’t exactly friendly at that time of night so we were happy to find somewhere safe and comfortable. Close to gard du nord and the metro with nice boulongeries and monmarte close by the next morning. The rooms are tight but clean and comfortable. Would stay again but arrive at different time. One negative would be the renovations starting early in the next room quite early but I guess they have to start some time. For the price and location, very good.

Cracking little hotel Room was small but why would you need anything big when only sleeping in it? Friendly and helpful staff

Had a great stay at this small hotel which is located very convenient close to a lot of Metro and trains in the middle of Paris. Small, cozy and trendy room with just enough space. Very good water pressure in the shower - big plus! Also very friendly staff in the reception that would answer any question.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Staff manning reception desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel looks as if it has recently been refurbished and public areas were clean and well decorated. There is a lift to the upper floors so guests don't have to struggle up the stairs with heavy luggage. Bedroom and shower room were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. Despite my room being next to the lift it was very quiet as was the air-conditioning unit in my room so I slept soundly. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is just a few minutes walk away from Gare du Nord so it is ideally placed for Eurostar travellers. My only minor criticism is that the ensuite shower room is quite small but for me staying for one night it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed for an early Eurostar departure from Gare du Nord. A little pricey. All staff friendly and helpful.
