Location was so good, but fifth floor no window views.

駅から近く、人通りが多く比較的治安が良さそうな場所でした。 受付のスタッフも優しくて印象が良かったです。 壁が少し薄くて他の階の物音が少し気になりました。きちんと掃除されていますが、結構古い内装でした。

베드버그 없고 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았어요!! 에펠탑이랑 위치도 엄청 가까워서 좋았어여 난방도 잘 되고 방음도 완전 잘돼서 호텔 앞에 지하철 다니는데 아무소리도 못들었습니당!!

房間位置不錯到埃菲爾鐵塔衹要十多分鐘，周圍有許多餐廳，地鐵站五分鐘！房間比較小，浴室也小，早餐12歐比較實惠！

Bien situé. Chambre propre conforme aux photos et descriptions. Bon petit déjeuner. Douche petite mais fonctionnelle.

靠近鐵路，交通方便，但是窗外就是軌道交通，有點吵。房間小，衞生整潔。

Das Hotel ist relativ klein und hat einen familiären Charakter. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und wirkten sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war deutlich größer als erwartet. Auch das eigene Bad war super. Das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig, sodass man nachts doch mal durch die ein oder andere Tür oder eine Toilettenspülung wach wurde, die Betten waren für mich jedoch super, sodass ich schnell wieder in den Schlaf kam. Ein großer Pluspunkt war das Frühstück. Es gab ein kleines Buffet, trotz des eher kleinen Angebots, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei, die Qualität der Backwaren war super. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Metro Station, ca. 100-200 m zu Fuß. Für die Lage ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis meiner Ansicht nach unschlagbar (Ca 1 km bis zum Eiffelturm). Sollte ich nochmal nach Paris kommen, werde ich meinen Aufenthalt gerne wieder in diesem Hotel verbringen.

Tolles Hotel in einer guten Lage (nachts wenig Betrieb auf der Straße), Bahnstation direkt in der Nähe mit Anbindung durch ganz Paris, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Zimmer gemütlich, auf Sauberkeit sehr geachtet, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist geräumig. Das Fenster geht zur strasse hin und trotz der Verkehrs ist es ruhig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants

Very cute hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Not a far walk to Eiffel tower, and lots of cute restaurants and shops close by. Train is across the street from hotel as well.

A very charming hotel with friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. It's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of delightful restaurants and shops nearby. The train station is conveniently located right across the street from the hotel.

My friend booked the Europe Hotel in Paris through *******, thinking it would be a good choice based on the reviews. While the location is convenient for visiting the Eiffel Tower, the overall experience was horrendous. On the first day of our stay, I got stuck in the tiny elevator for over 10 minutes. The elevator is only big enough for one person, and it suddenly stopped between floors. I thought it might be an electrical issue. I tried to stay calm and pressed the buttons, but nothing worked. The situation became even more frightening when the elevator started bouncing and door kept open and closed . There was no ventilation, and I was trapped facing a dirty, creepy wall. I called for help, but there was only one person at the front desk. He said I needed to wait for the manager, who would arrive in five minutes. However, it took much longer. During this time, the elevator kept bouncing, and I had no idea how deep the shaft was. I nearly panicked, thinking this could be my last day. I have high blood pressure and a fear of the dark issues so this was particularly terrifying for me. When the manager finally arrived and got me out, her lack of concern was shocking. She didn't even ask if I was okay and focused only on the defective elevator. I expected at least some empathy or an apology, but there was none. coming from her. After this incident, my friend and I decided to use the stairs for the rest of our stay. However, the stairs were also not safe. They were dark and narrow, posing another safety risk. If you have any health issues or expect basic courtesy from the staff, avoid this hotel. The lack of concern and poor management response in an emergency is completely unacceptable.
