Nice location and view

地理位置很棒無可挑剔。房間挺現代的，隔音不錯好評。服務特好評，各種細節和貼心程度非常高。在法國隱形種族歧視經常能碰到的情況下這家的整體服務員素質值得我專門寫下評價誇，希望能保持。 不足：因為佔地面積原因早餐的選擇很少，常見的西式早餐食物種類是齊全的，但是遠遠稱不上豐富。

第一次帶我們入住的房型和網上照片不是很一致 和服務員溝通後對方重新安排了和圖片一模一樣的房型。衞生間很大，而且有一個獨立的衣帽間，放行李和換洗衣物乾淨不凌亂。全面翻新的酒店，裝修風格是新古典法式，配色高級。 酒店離香街僅200米不到的距離 一到香街上又很快能找到喬治五世地鐵之前 非常方便！這個價格在這個地段能住到30幾平米的套房，在巴黎性價比非常高了。

We just finished our stay of 5 nights at Hotel Norman and it was fantastic. Great location just a couple of blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We are Hilton Diamond and used points for our stay. We also sent a message early about celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we were upgraded to a corner jr. suite which had a great balcony overlooking the intersection right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from the buffet (fruits, cheeses, etc.) and you can order eggs any way you’d like. Also the bar is very cool and usually empty so it’s a nice quiet place to grab a drink and wind down after a day in the city. There are also plenty of eateries just a short walk away. Lastly the staff were incredible. They always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with any requests we had. Thanks so much for such an incredible stay. We will be back!

They have the worst customer service l, i travel 3 times per year for 20 years and this is the most frustrating experience ever. And made me pay for a whole new room because they say my 1 year old baby is a security risk and need room for 8000 euro. They also left the door open after cleaning the room leaving my stuff open for everyone, they left a dirty towel on the sink, my brother in law room with no AC for 3 days, they keep laughing and speaking france knowing we don’t understand, all they think about is how they get to make you reserve the empty rooms they still have.

Fantastic hotel, a real gem - great location and wonderful staff. I will stay again when I next visit Paris. The room was very high standard, spacious and comfortable. Dining and bar experiences were also great, with attentive service and delicious food.

The reception team of the hotel was so friendly and all the staff was helpful and ready for any requests and the location of the hotel was perfect also the hotel is so clean and everything was organized . I recommended the hotel for a nice experience in Paris

Lovely small hotel near the Arc d'Triumph. Recently renovated with comfortable understated decor. My room on the first floor was very spacious relative to Paris standards. There is a restaurant on the street level. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The people here are very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to farid the night receptionist. Very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to paris. Great location. It is walking distance to alot of shops.
