TERRIBLE service....actually, I wouldn't even call it service what they had. Check in instruction says to call ONLY when you arrive at front door. When we did that, we were told to wait 15 min (on the streets) before someone can come and let us inside the building. We received some more instruction by the guy who was very UNFRIENDLY. Least he could do was take us up to the first floor and show us around but fine, we managed ourselves. One of our apartments has an air conditioner installed but no remote and it didn't turn on. We also didn't have sheets for the baby bed. We tried calling the number provided for support and no answer. Tried WhatsApp and finally got a response about an hour later. We had to go down (and even into the storage room) to get the sheet because that same unfriendly guy was to lazy to get it and hand it over. Asked about the AC, was told to press the green button. Went up to the room to find this 'green button' but it didn't exist. Called the same number and the guy he can't help and can't get anybody to help and to call back in the morning. It's 30 C in Paris and we had one small fan for 5 people. Called the guy again and he said stop calling and said it's not a hotel and that we should call Blue Nights. OK...called a number posted on the Blue Nights website and no answer and was redirected to use WhatsApp. Sent a message through WhatsApp and the response was AC just installed and doesn't work yet and they cant help since it's 10.30pm. Fine, I asked when can they help and got no answer. Checked the next day for another fan and still no answer. Sent a final text that asking if they can help and til this day, no response. Apartment is super small, not enough chairs provided for the amount of people it promised to house. Cheap decorative and material. Holes and scratches in walls when we arrived. Only thing it had in advantage was close by a metro. Parking was also super shady and cramped. We definitely won't be staying with these people anymore. Not worth the slightly cheaper rate (we paid more than €2600 for 4 nights for 12 ppl).

Do not recommend this place, check-in had to wait more than one hour for the guy in charge to come with the keys though I have announced them ahead time when we arrive. As well they have a 500 euros deposit thats nonsense. They withdrew money from my bank account twice after already paying them the full amount, 300 euros not sure why and 100 euros again I dont know why, when asked why they said to call Yoni on Monday, of course no reply. No cleaning if you stay for a week or more. Very dirty, dust all over the furniture and under bed trash and dust. As well very noise because of the surrounding streets as well as it seems they are renovating. I have booked with their website. Worst service I have ever encountered.

On arrival two women came out of a shop next door stating room wasn’t ready and demanding us to provide a further £500 for a ‘deposit’ after accommodation already paid in full. Didn’t know who there were. Eventually after lots of ‘discussion’ taken to the apartment, where a family with young child were in there ‘cleaning..?’ Try to contact the guy who originally had we had contacted via Airbnb, and he had told us to book direct on their company website, not Airbnb - worse thing we did… No reply to our request for explanation, or help to assist, as the description of apartment not as promised or advertised! Accommodation, okish, nothing amazing and location was a bit ropey. Will not be back and do not recommend using this company!

It's the most disappointing apartment I have ever rented. Photos and description made it look excellent, I splurged, shocked and angry by the reality. No one to meet us, everything handled by a sweet woman that worked in the dress shop next door. Yoni didn't answer calls, so could never get any help with things like no water pressure, no hot water, etc. The description said there would be a washer and dryer in our apartment, but no. I feel that I was ripped off.

Le 20/12/2022, nous avons pris possession des lieux. A l’ouverture de la porte une forte odeur se dégage de l’appartement. Les premiers pas à l’intérieur font ressentir un sol collant visiblement mal lavé. Un rapide tour de l’appartement nous fait observer un niveau de propreté très approximatif et surtout de la moisissure autour de la fenêtre. Nous allons aux WC et constatons le mauvais état du dégagement. Impossible de fermer la porte des WC ! Nous sortons manger et revenons, il pleut dehors mais aussi dedans ! Il y a d'importantes fuites ! Nous envoyons alors des SMS au numéro disponible sur notre réservation. Nous adressons des photos et échangeons par sms sans succès.
